Stayed Jul 25, 2025The house was spacious, and the rooms were fine, but based on the guidelines provided, we did expect the house to be cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty (evidenced by my dirty socks) and there was an infestation of ants to the point that we couldn’t place any bags with food on the counters due to an ant issue (even sealed food). Several blinds were broken, the shower in the master bedroom leaked to the point that if left unattended for a short period it would flood the floor, there were several small holes in the walls, some closets were full of what we assume are the owners belongings, and the HVAC system was an issue with some rooms being extremely warm and others being too cold. They should also disclose that the owner stays in the basement apartment in the house. It has the potential to be a really nice rental if they put some effort into making sure that the description matches what you see.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Beautiful home, very well kept. Very happy with our stay. The kids who are 17 had a blast on the trampoline. Minor issue, the upstairs was very hot at night and AC was difficult to figure out. Windows couldnt be opened in bedrooms due to holes in screens. Otherwise, everything was awesome. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend.
