The Tulum House

Loved the property and the large amount of bedrooms and beds that could accommodate our group. The pool and patio area is absolutely fabulous and we enjoyed it immensely. The management/hosting team was wonderful to work with and super responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend booking this fabulous house for a group that wants to enjoy a fabulous San Diego stay!

House was amazing! The perfect spot for a bachelorette! Home was clean and so picturesque. The back yard is very private too, feels like an oasis. We had some issues with the hot tub and pool staying heated, but the management company was quick to respond and send the owner out who then called pool maintenance. We didn’t get to use the pool as intended, but the response was appropriate and we even got a little pizza out of it.

I had a girls trip to this beautiful home! Everything was very clean, spacious, & clean pool towels provided. We felt well taken care of and all of us had the best experience staying there! We didnt want to leave!! Not to mention, the host was very responsive and kept in close communication so we had every we need! I highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Stocked well with all necessities, very quiet and we were never without something to do. The host response, beginning with our booking was always a quick turnaround. The only issue we had was the hot tub didn’t work but everything else was fantastic. We plan on returning again! The house was amazing. Such a wonderful space for hosting a group of friends/family. The patio space is huge. With lots of space to hang out or spread out. The grill worked really well. The beds were as good or better than other rentals I've stayed at. Just overall an incredible find. Only small complaint was that the management company could be a little slow to respond. We didn't really have any issues past the first day though, so it wasn't a problem.

We surprised my parents for their anniversary and had a fantastic long weekend alternating being tourists and enjoying the pool and bbq out back. Easy access to the zoo, balboa park, the bayfront and importantly…Costco ;-)

This house is stunning!!! It’s even better than the pictures and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location yet you don’t even need to leave the house if you don’t want to. Beaches and great restaurants are a quick drive and the house is equipped with tons of games, a BBQ outside and the perfect pool so you can really enjoy the home. It truly feels like your own oasis :) My family and I had the best time, thank you for a great stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home with everything a family needs! There are outdoor games, a beautiful pool and backyard with a fire pit. We had 6 kids with us, 17-11 yrs old and they loved it! They just wanted to stay at the house instead of going to SeaWorld! 10/10 would recommend!;)

Great home and neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and mall within minutes of house if you forget something. Family loved it so much they didn’t want to leave to go sightseeing so they can relax and get in pool. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay there again.

Great stay, owners were responsive to spa heating issue. Unfortunate that it took a few days to get working but appreciated how responsive the owners were with the issue. The house was great, spacious, clean stocked with enough towels and supplies. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved that the location was close to all the attractions and restaurants we were interested in visiting. The kids and adults loved the pool and games in the outdoor area. The outdoor area is also very well designed with different zones. The home is set up so guests can easily be all be together in the main entertaining area. The island is large and has a good amount of seating. I feel like the owners really put thought into all aspects of the rental property for ease of usage.

Our group and I came in on the first weekend of December for a bachelor trip and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The location is central to just about all of the top things to do in SD, while also being ridiculously gorgeous and packed with stuff to do. The backyard with the pool, spa, bonfire, etc. is EXACTLY as it looks in the photos. You literally cannot go wrong with staying here.

We are a family of 10, from the ages of 8-88. The location is ideal for coming and going to all the activities, hikes, beaches, balboa park, zoo, restaurants and an easy trip to the airport. While here at the home base there was always fun to be had with the pool, hot tub, outdoor fire place, ping pong and more. My only advice is be sure to read the “other things” for the extra fees for heating the pool and hot tub.

7 women, celebrating 30 years of “Girls Night Out” monthly get-togethers. We each had a real bed, the hot tub was relaxing after long days of walking, the fire pit so nice, room at the dining table to play card games, SOOOOO much to do in the immediate vicinity,

We stayed for my bachelorette trip and it was perfect! The home was clean, organized, and spacious. It was also at a great location and was nearby lots of good food and activities in the city. The host were very communicative and answered all of our questions and concerns throughout our stay. My friends and I were surprised with how beautiful the home was and how it fit 12 people comfortably. I would stay here again~
