Great family getaway with a heated garage/game room both kids and adults can enjoy. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. 12/10 we love it and will be back.

Loved our stay. So many things to do. Garage hang out area was so nice for our annual family vacation, even the teenagers were happy. Hot tub was a huge hit! Owner was super nice and very helpful. Sam O Set beach is very rocky near the shoreline, water shoes recommended.

Had an excellent time at the treehouse! Perfect for families with kids! Enjoyed the hot tub and the golf cart!

Amazing property and hosts. Would rebook this place in a second. Host was amazing to work with. If anything the pictures don’t do this property justice. Public beach is a short walk away.

We spent Christmas at the tree house and it was beautifully decorated with a tree, lights and garland on the fireplace and other decorations. The house was very clean and we had great communication with the hosts. Would stay again.

The Treehouse was the perfect place for our group to stay during our trip to Higgins Lake! The hosts have added many cute and personal touches that make it unique and homey. We especially loved the game area! Also, everybody mentioned how comfortable the beds were - which isn’t super common while traveling! Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

Great Location and all the amenities you need for a family vacation! 3 min walk to beach. Party store 2 min drive. Wedding was at The Barn and was an 8 minute drive. Perfectly week and great memories. Thank you so much!

From beginning to end our stay was amazing. The host was very responsive and communicated well through the whole experience. Walking distance to the beach. The house was amazing with so many activities, the kids were kept busy during a rainy afternoon. We are already thinking about our next trip to The Treehouse.

Great stay for our group of 10 and a pup! Had everything we needed and the host was super kind and responsive in making sure we had a great stay! Just a short walk to the beach and short drive to a store with was very convenient. Definitely recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Higgins Lake. This house had everything we needed and the garage/outdoor set up was awesome. The beds were comfortable as well. We already are planning our stay for next year!

Two couples in town for a wedding. We hiked the area trails and dined at Cut River Grille multiple times - don’t miss it. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Loved having a dining table big enough for everyone to eat and play games. The garage was definitely set up for fun. The host was great and communicated well. We really enjoyed having a property that allowed our coonhound to visit as well - he had a blast relaxing on the deck.
