Stayed Aug 14, 2025Loved our stay. So many things to do. Garage hang out area was so nice for our annual family vacation, even the teenagers were happy. Hot tub was a huge hit! Owner was super nice and very helpful. Sam O Set beach is very rocky near the shoreline, water shoes recommended.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024We spent Christmas at the tree house and it was beautifully decorated with a tree, lights and garland on the fireplace and other decorations. The house was very clean and we had great communication with the hosts. Would stay again.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024The Treehouse was the perfect place for our group to stay during our trip to Higgins Lake! The hosts have added many cute and personal touches that make it unique and homey. We especially loved the game area! Also, everybody mentioned how comfortable the beds were - which isn’t super common while traveling! Thank you for going above and beyond for us!
