The Tree House - amazing unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico from your deck!

Though very rainy it was a quiet retreat

This property was simply fantastic. We left the giant double doors open all day and just soaked in the view of the Gulf of Mexico as much as we could while we were there. Immaculate condition and tons of detail and niceties were everywhere. Communication was great and everything was perfectly in order. Things could not have been better!

The Tree House was everything we hoped for and more! It was very well stocked, a great location, and a beautiful view. Cassandra was a fantastic host and was very responsive to any questions. I would be thrilled to stay again.

Everything was perfect! We loved the home and the amenities. The home had everything that we could’ve needed and more! Our new favorite place to stay on Cedar Key. Plenty of room for four adults. We would 100% recommend this property and would definitely love to return in the future!

This was probably one of the most homey..well furnished rentals I've been to..cabinets were full..an array of spices for cooking..chargers..portable speakers..bicycles..kayaks..fishing equipment..BBQ..just felt like home..Hosts were responsive and informative about features of Cedar Key..we'll be staying again

Everything was perfect

The Tree House is a beautiful place to rest and relax at.

This is a great place with old Cedar Key charm to it. The only minor gripe would be the bikes at the property (glad I brought my own bikes). The bikes on the property need some attention.

The Treehouse is an absolutely beautiful property with plenty of amenities. This was our second stay here and we are already planning next year's stay.

We loved our stay in Cedar Key. The Treehouse was a great fit for our family of 6. The owners thought of everything! (My kids forgot their toothbrushes and thankfully there were some there.) The screened in porch was my favorite spot in the evening and the front porch was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee. There are plenty of games to keep everyone entertained, bikes and fishing gear. Our kids enjoyed all the different sea life on the island and in the canal behind the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Peck family have a beautiful and well-appointed home that our family of 3 enjoyed over the 4th of July weekend. They had all the amenities our active family could need and even things we didn’t think of (like bug spray, bike helmets, and lots of toys for our 4 year old). Cassandra reached out ahead of time to make sure we knew everything we needed to know to get the most of our stay. The Pecks also left some thoughtful touches like the welcome basket and holiday decor. We had a great time and hope to come back for another visit!

This is one of the best short-term rentals I have ever booked. The host was prepared for everything- location maps for kayaking, recommendations for local sights/vendors, and snacks and all necessities stocked at the house for a much longer stay than I had booked. The house is so beautiful and the location is perfect. I wish I could retire there. Close enough to somewhere to eat and a little gas station for last minute needs, but separated enough to feel like we were away from everyday life. I had concerns about the location because of the recent hurricanes and, don’t get me wrong, cedar key is definitely still recovering, but this home is fully back to functioning; the house and property were everything I had hoped they would be.

Cassandra is an excellent host. This rental is comfortable and the best stocked unit I have ever visited. I would definitely stay here again.

Not too far from home already love Cedar key finally found a place that we can book again. Lovely home great location, beautiful view well-kept property.

We truly enjoyed our time at this quiet spot. Everything was organized and clean. The owner communicated a few times to make sure things were going well and no problems. Greatly appreciated and will recommend to anyone heading to that area

We sat, literally all day, on the couch in the living room, with the front French doors open, enjoying the view of the gulf and the easy salt water breeze. An amazing house and location for a couple or a family. This was our second time staying here and this time was just mom & dad - no kids. and it was just as cozy and fun and comfortable as the first time with all the kids here. Can't recommend highly enough!

It couldn’t be more relaxing and peaceful. The host pays attention to detail. Surprises are when you’ve forgotten something…..check around, she probably has it. We’ll definitely stay here every time we come to cedar key. Loved it, thanks Cassandra.
