Stayed Dec 26, 2025No smoke detectors, no ground fault receptacles in kitchen or bathrooms, and no fire extinguisher. Sheets and towels were old. Icemaker and water on refrigerator did not work but owner did leave a bag of ice. Owner took days to respond.

Stayed May 18, 2025I stayed with my golf team and this property offered a good relaxing spot for us to come back to after rounds. My players had plenty to do on site, so we didn't have to travel to find things to do which was a very nice bonus. The property was great and the host was very easy to get in contact with when we had a question. I would definitely recommend staying here for someone that is looking for something in the area!

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We stayed at the Trail House to visit our daughter at Furman University. The location is very convenient to Furman and Travelers Rest. The home was spacious and clean. Overall, great location, plenty of room for our family/kids and great communication with the host.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024Our son and 5 grandkids moved to Greer 2 yrs. ago. This house was perfect for the rest of our extended family to stay in while we visited him. We had 6 adults, 3 children and everything was perfect. We had plenty of space. There is a pool table out in the garage that we played each night. The kitchen was big enough for us to cook dinners in. There are two dining room tables, enough seating for 12 people. We loved our stay and hopefully will be back again.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024This was an amazing house for our party of 4 adults and 4 children! Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved having the space downstairs with the bunk beds! And the pool was awesome! There was a tomato festival at the TR farmers market that was fun too! Overall an amazing stay and can’t wait to come again!
