Great place to gather with family!!! Porch was absolutely perfect and the kids loved exploring the property!! Kitchen very well equipped and perfect size for large spread!!! Thank you so much for having us!
We were doing a childhood remembrance trip with my 89 year old Mother who was born in Gasoline. We visited Quitaque, Flomot, Turkey, Gasoline and Caprock Canyon State Park. The location worked great for our family.
We loved this lovely well-maintained house. There was ample space for all and the beds and couches were very comfortable. We especially loved the big front porch and huge screened porch. Easy access to the canyon, plus a short drive to the Tukey Hotel for live music and great food.
Loved almost everything about the home. Disliked having to go through rooms to use the bathroom.
If you are looking to visit Caprock Canyons but prefer a cozy bed, full kitchen, and hot shower to tent living, this is the place. It is just down the road from the state park and comfortably housed my family of 5. Nice dogs next door who will visit for a back scratch too.
The information from the host was very accurate and prompt. Plenty of towels for a big group. Plenty of coffee to go around. Would’ve stayed longer if we had the chance. Very close to Caprock Canyon State Park.
If you are hiking Caprock, you can’t get closer or nicer. This old, historic home is wonderful and a very short ride to the canyon
We loved the location near the canyons. The host has done a great job with the property. Nice porch to relax on, games for the family and beautiful scenery.
