-Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
-No on-street parking/ 3 car maximum
-Absolutely no so smoking inside or in front of open doors and windows.
-No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy
-Guests are responsible for presenting an ID/ photo just like a hotel. There is no exception to this rule.

As per the city of Fort Lauderdale-
-This property is registered with the City of Fort Lauderdale as a lawful vacation rental
-This home has smoke and noise detectors. If tampered with there is a $250 fine and grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.
-If the smoke detector detects smoke in the home it is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund plus the cost of damages.
-It is unlawful to allow a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence
-Guests must adhere to city ordinances applicable to residential areas including but not limited to noise, parking, and occupancy.
-The ordinance may be found online and is available in print on the home's interior.

DATE ALTERATION REQUESTS
We do not accept alterations to date change requests that would result in a shortened stay past the determined cancellation time frame.

HURRICANE SEASON
June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters.

    The property was very clean and felt very roomy other than the living room, which really only comfortably seated three. Maybe one or two chairs added to the space would help. And it would’ve been nice if we could have put our car in the garage.

    The property is beautiful and just as described. It is close to Las Olas( short drive)and all that it has to offer, while having the quiet of a neighborhood. There is a lovely park by the river at the end of the block.The home was well equipped and has high quality beds and furnishings. We travel often and are aways appreciative for owners who invest in things that will make the guest comfortable.The floor plan is great for families, with the master being on one side and the other bedrooms opposite.Just a note about the amazing closet space- this is rare! Bathrooms were spotless and beautiful.We were in the area for my sons wedding and will stay here any time we are back to visit.

    Two couples stayed at this spacious, well appointed and well provisioned property. Neighborhood is quiet with easy access to downtown Ft L and Interstate. Short walk to a nice park and short drive to Publix. House had plenty of provisions like spices, laundry detergent, etc and plenty of towels.

    What can I say about the house it's beautiful !!!! loved the spacious room we had. three separate families had our own bedroom along with bathroom. We will definitely rent from them again! Close to the airpot close to the cruise port!
