Stayed Nov 26, 2025The house was set up perfectly for families with small kids. Kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed for a Thanksgiving meal and everyday meals. Location was slightly out of the way but everything in Boise is fairly close so it was not a deal breaker. Had some issues with trash but this was taken care of quickly by the management company. Would highly recommend for a family who needs space and room for a family.

Stayed May 15, 2024This fit our family perfectly. The two rooms with bathrooms attached were perfect for my parents to have their own suite and we got the upstairs suite. Spacious floor plan.

Stayed Oct 26, 2023My extended family and I stayed in this home for our son’s wedding (2 single adults and one adult couple). We had way more space than we needed, but we did need two bedroom suites and there aren’t many houses which offer that. I had a lot of cooking and baking to do and have never had a rental home which was so well stocked with everything I needed. Their closet with children’s toys saved the day when we had an unexpected visit from a young family with two stir-crazy toddlers from having to stay in a hotel for the week. The beds were very comfortable, and the upstairs primary bedroom suite was massive. There is a great downstairs master suite also which came in handy for my elderly Dad who doesn’t manage stairs very good any more. The living room had tons of seating, a great gas fireplace which put out a lot of heat when we needed it, and a huge TV. The only downfall in the living room was one of the ends of the reclining couch we couldn’t get the foot to go down without getting out of it first. The stained carpet on the stairs really needs to be replaced as it detracts from the beauty of rest of this house. We would absolutely rent this home again!

Stayed Sep 20, 2023This place was very suitable for multiple branches of our family to stay. There are a lot of beds and bedrooms, and the place is extremely spacious. We could all be together and yet never feel like we were getting in each other’s way. The owner was very responsive to our suggestions, and the place was clean and orderly.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023The house is huge and nice. Listing pictures are accurate. It is in a nice residential neighborhood and backs up to open space, but still has pretty easy access to some main streets. I was there with extended family for a funeral, and it was nice to have a roomy family room with lots of seating and a big kitchen to just hang out in. The management company was quick in responding to emails. My only tip for improvement: add mirrors to the secondary bedrooms so there is less competition for shared bathroom space. We had only 5 people, so that was not an issue for us, but it could be with a larger group.
