Stayed Jan 14, 2026Amazing Family-Friendly Getaway!We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It was incredibly kid-friendly, with so many backyard activities to keep the little ones entertained for hours. From the play area to the open space for running around, it felt like a private playground. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, making it easy for us to relax while the kids played. The pool and hot tub were wonderful along with the outdoor grill and covered seating/eating area. The location was peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We’re already talking about coming back—highly recommend for families!Brisa, the property manager, was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The charcuterie we received shortly after our arrival was such a nice surprise and made us feel so special.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025This house was fantastic! We were hosting two families with kids (9 people plus our family of 4). We had plenty of rooms, bathrooms and space. The kids used almost everything. Arcade, pool, jacuzzi, basketball, soccer, playground, etc. Everyone raved about the home. So many thoughtful amenities. House was pristine and beautiful. And so close to Kierland. Highly highly recommend!!

Stayed Apr 1, 2024We had a family group of grandparents, parents and children ages 1 - 6 stay at this property for five nights. The home was large with plenty of room to spread out. The back yard was spectacular with a sparkling clean pool and hot tub. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature at no extra charge which was not the case for many other properties we looked at. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation, especially if you are traveling with children.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024We stayed a week as a family of 13 people ranging in age from 1-60. The home was perfect for family time! It was just as the pictures showed. It is very well stocked. There was not one thing we needed. The kids did not want to leave. There was so much to do at the house. The pool & backyard are wonderful. It is located very central to everything from grocery stores, retail, hiking, golf, just about anything. The property managing company through the whole process were very prompt in responding and helpful. Brisa who was our contact during our stay was wonderful to work with. We will definitely recommend the Sweetwater Ranch and would love to return.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The reviews don’t lie. This is probably the best rental we have ever stayed at. The pictures do not do it justice. The accommodations are beautiful, so spacious. The pool and spa were fantastic. As are the grounds. It’s the perfect place to relax and have fun with friends. They have every yard game imaginable. We were a group of adults, but I imagine if you brought your children it would be impossible to get them to come in from the yard :). The host and property manager communicated very well and we had zero issues for our visit. We came for spring training and the location wash great, an easy ride to the stadiums. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jan 25, 2024This house and yard was great. The kids absolutely loved all the different areas, they never had a dull moment. On a somewhat busy street, you’d never even know. Us adults loved the space, with four families in the house, everyone had a bathroom and their own space. No complaints at all.

Stayed Dec 20, 2023My family came in for the holidays and stayed at this home! Had young kids and adults! It was the perfect house to share between a couple of families! The pool was heated perfectly and the spa was hot and ready!!! The accommodations and yard were phenominal! The staff were available and so helpful! There is an alarm on the door that leads to the pool which was helpful because it isn’t fenced! We would def rent again from these people and this home
