Stayed Dec 20, 2025We have stayed in this area for years and The Sunset Retreat is one of our favorites. Always clean and well prepared. All of the beach equipment you might need and bikes to boot! Had a perfect stay as usual.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024This property is exceptional—every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The linens are luxurious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The furniture is stylish, and the entire place is impeccably clean. Beach towels and all the essentials for a beach day are provided. Plus, it’s just a quick 2-minute drive to the beach. The location is ideal with stunning sunset views. This place truly embodies a dream vacation spot and is a must-stay.

Reviewer Comments: From the reservation, to getting our keys for the appartment to checking out, we experienced an A+ service with Island Vacation Properties. They were professionnal, always answering in a timely manner and very helpful. The condo was spotless, the amenities were perfect for a family with kids (pool, water games, picnic tables, etc) and it was a really safe place to stay (gate to get in). Would stay there again 100%!

It had everything we needed, and was located close enough to the beach and AMI activities that we were able to do everything we had planned without issue. The condo development is very quiet, but has a great pool and is easy to get in and out of, just minutes from AMI/Bradenton Beach. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, and the entire condo in almost new condition.
