Hosting up to six people, this home is ideal all year round for a family wishing to take advantage of the great outdoor opportunities.



The Sun Catcher has an open plan kitchen and living area where the afternoon sun streams in. The island bench allows for a long, lazy breakfast and if you don’t feel like cooking a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, there is a great local café and bar offering locally brewed craft beers and a suitable menu for all ages.



There are two king bedrooms and one bedroom with two singles that all share a modern, central bathroom.



This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay, equipped with all the necessities needed on holiday. The living room has a smart tv and a small, designated work area for those needing to work while away.



Out the back, leading off the master bedroom, is a sheltered lawn and an outdoor table and chairs, all ready for a BBQ with family or friends.



A 2-minute walk down the road takes you to a local pump track, large skate park, tennis court and basketball hoop. The Outlet track where you can launch a boat, picnic by the lake or kayak down the Clutha River, is a quick 3 minute drive.

    The house was AMAZING! Clean, excellent neighborhood, plenty of room, everything we needed and so comfortable for the 5 of us. The garage turned into a play room for our boys 9 & 11 leaving the living room for quieter games,(that were there) and adults conversations. The booklet gave us complete information about the area and we loved the art gallery and playgrounds that were very close. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home.

    This property was perfect for our family of five. Highly recommend this place! Lovely new build, comfortable beds, warm throughout. Full kitchen amenities for cooking meals. Smart tv a bonus! So nice to come back up after a big day exploring!
