The Summit at Black Rock

Great spot , great location, but it needs some dimmers on the lights in the main area...I'm booking it again for next year

The property was great and we were very fortunate to have snow daily! The whole house was very clean and kitchen well stocked so cooking was easy. On another note the staff at the Deer Valley resort were very nice and particularly for our 5 and 7 year olds at ski school. Local restaurants that were excellent included Five Seeds for breakfast, the No Name Saloon, great fish tacos, and the Grub Steakhouse which had more than steak! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and clean and well stocked. It was a short drive to the mountains for skiing as well as Park City and other venues

Don't even know where to begin. The town home was spacious and beautifully decorated with comfy beds and luxury bedding. The floorplan was ideal for families. Endless hot water for showers. Spotlessly clean. Amazing location with beautiful views. How tub was great. But my highest compliment goes to Kollin. He's a gracious and responsive host who went above and beyond to accommodate our canceled flight. 11 out of 10 rating!

We had a great time staying here! It felt spacious and very clean for our group. There was plenty of seating for eating as well as for game playing. The bunk room was great for the kids as well as some of the adults with the beds being full size. The hot tub was a big hit as well with the privacy and location of the house. The house is about 15 minutes from Olympic Park and Park City’s Main Street, as well as the Junction Commons outlet stores, and 10 minutes from Jordanelle Reservoir so we were able to be spontaneous in our plans. Which made for a very enjoyable October weekend.

Our family and friends trip to this property was perfect in every way. House was in a wonderful community 15 minutes from downtown Park City. All the amenities provided were wonderful and the house was furnished very well for a rental. Plenty of space for our group of 7 to spread out or come together when we wanted. It snowed on us the whole time and the community had plows working early every morning to clear the streets and driveways. We loved the hot tub and shower sauna after long days skiing too. I’d highly recommend this spot and will plan to be back!

Great new and very clean home near park city. Home was very clean and comfortable. Amazing host and home had all that was needed.
