Stayed May 23, 2026Our Summer House stay (5-23-26 to 5-30-26) was excellent. We contacted our host to see if we could get in 20 minutes early with our cold groceries and he quickly responded with a yes. The unit was newly renovated and better than photos, especially the new kitchen countertops and appliances. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were nice. The composite patio decking and furniture was really nice. It had an abundance of beach items in downstairs locker for our use. The locker was excellent for storing our chairs and canopy tent overnight.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025The house was nice and the location was pretty much perfect. It was great not having to bring chairs and canopies with us. Everything you could possibly need was in the beach closet! The house was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. We were there the 3rd week of August so the crowds were minimal and no crowds on the beach.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025The house was wonderful. The view and location were great. A couple of the doors were hard to get open. The entry way was infested with flies but overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This place was perfect. It was not crowded at all. Literally no on the beach. Great place for family and kids. I will be back. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond with any questions I had. I’ve been going to the beach for years. One of the best trips so far.

Stayed May 17, 2025We had a great week with great weather. The property was in great condition having recently been upgraded. I would suggest a chest of drawers in place of the TV stand for bedroom on the main level. The living room was comfortable and even had toys for toddlers. The beach closets had the most items I've had seen in a rental property.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024We had such a great time staying here. Very spacious and plenty of privacy for all of our family. The access to the beach was great for going in and out with our toddler. Everything was super clean and the bedrooms were all comfy and lots of room. We will be back!!
