The Summer House - basketball court & large yard

7 of us gathered for fun conversation and games. The house was perfect for our gathering spot together and then able to separate for bedtime. House was clean and had any items we needed to cook.

We enjoyed our stay at the Summerhouse. Wish there was a hair dryer on the property and a TV upstairs.

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful large house with everything we needed! Very peaceful and close to town! Easy check in and great communication from our hosts! Thank you for a great experience!

This was great! We had a family trip with three couples - each had their own bedroom/bathroom space and plenty of nice shared space for us to spend time together. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved stargazing in the huge backyard! Thanks Pao & Khou!!

The Summerhouse was the perfect vacation gathering spot for 6 adults and 5 grandkids (under 8). It was less than 5 minutes from downtown Bayfield. The home was absolutely beautiful and laid out perfectly, with a separate living quarters (bedroom & bathroom) for each family group. The backyard was fenced in with basketball court and slab for chalk art, a large patio set, A space to play T-ball, a screened building. We also found a fun maze in the woods which gave the kids a chance to run around. Parking was ample and the building is solar powered. There was a small bees nest under the deck and Pao was very responsive - removing it within 30-minutes of being contacted. We would definitely recommend the Summer House and would stay there in the future.

We enjoyed the Summer House. The kitchen was well stocked, and house was very spacious. The owner was very easy to communicate with.

This beautiful property was the perfect location for our family trip to Bayfield/Apostle Islands. The kitchen is amazing with all of the necessary kitchenware to make it feel like home. The basketball court and bunk beds with lights were a hit with the teenagers. This is the cleanest house we have ever stayed in and the property owners checked in often. Would definitely recommend for a worry free and enjoyable getaway!

The property was great and Khou checked in to make sure things were going well. He even dropped off paper towels when we ran out! We enjoyed playing in the backyard, kitchen had everything we needed, and common areas were great to spend time with family. The house was one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed at. Great location to both Bayfield and Big Top Chautauqua. Super clean and very well provisioned kitchen. Great beds, huge bathrooms. Undoubtedly the nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in!

We stayed at this location for the Madeline Island Marathon, and it was a lovely house! Very close proximity to the ferry to Madeline Island. Large open kitchen was nice as well and everything was very clean.
