Stayed Dec 5, 2025Wonderful wonderful experience at The Stone Cottage! Beautiful house with a great layout and all the amenities you could imagine. Beds were comfortable, our girls loved the cabinet with toys and kids books. Super short walk to the main square area, and private driveway for parking was great. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Ez access with great location. Only a two block walk and you are in the middle to the Granbury square. This home is the perfect floor plan for a family. The main bedroom is on one end of the house with the beds for my teenage grandsons on the other end. Perfect for everyone. This is a place I will return to on my next visit to Granbury!

Stayed Jan 14, 2025My sister and I rented this cute VRBO as we were visiting relatives in the area. It was easy to find and this cute stone house has been lovingly remodeled. It has every convenience you could want in a home away from home.Checking in and out was a breeze and the owner, Bridgette, was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Bridgette is a fabulous host--very communicative, responsive and organized--she made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions quickly. The Stone Cottage is a great place to stay--located only 1 block from the main square, everything downtown is within walking distance. Can't say enough about this place--and we will stay there again!!

Stayed Nov 16, 2024Loved staying here. I loved the historic feel of the house and wondering how small it may have been. It has been updated smartly and the 2 Bedrooms and the I corporated TV Den are perfect. The lighting fixtures are all unique, as is the kitchen cabinet - wait and see. This house is very close to the Business 377, which can be noisy at nap time. Hey it’s Vacation. But the bedrooms have heavy curtains to help. Bravo/Brava to everyone at the Stone Cottage.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024What a sweet little cottage! The pictures do not do it justice. The host has thought of every single detail to make sure you have all you need for your stay! I love that she includes fans in the rooms. The location could not be better. It is a short walk to the square that has shops and restaurants plus just a minute from the waterfront beach. The beds were super comfortable! We would definitely return.
