Stayed Jun 7, 2026We loved this property! It was perfect for a short trip to Frankfort for a barrel pick at Buffalo Trace. We were never more than 10-15 minutes from where we wanted to go yet felt very secluded at the Stagg House on the river. I would 100% book this rental again. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Stayed Oct 21, 2025This is a beautiful little spot to stay while bourbon hunting around all the distilleries in the area. Location was perfect for us getting around the area and not rushing. House had been remodeled alot in the inside. Property manager was a pleasure to deal with. 10 out of 10 I remmomend. We will be back in the future.

Stayed Oct 28, 2024I can’t express how perfect the Stagg House is. The peaceful setting along the Kentucky River allows an abundance of relaxation. The house is perfectly placed in relation to the numerous distilleries nearby. We will be booking the Stagg House again for our next visit to Kentucky.
