Stayed Dec 28, 2025I had a wonderful stay here. The host was extremely welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my visit, which made everything seamless from check-in to check-out.The guest house itself is immaculate—very clean, modern, and beautifully designed with high-end fixtures and finishes that feel intentional rather than generic. Everything felt new, well maintained, and comfortable, with great attention to detail.The location is quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place to relax, while still being conveniently close to everything Scottsdale has to offer. It truly felt like a private retreat rather than a typical rental.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and well-run guest house experience.

Stayed Mar 10, 2025Very accommodating host(s); property was well equipped, lovely appliances, clean, comfortable beds with nice linens. Situated in an excellent location in Scottsdale with easy access to shopping and markets. Will for sure stay again when(if) we decide on another trip to Arizona.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025This guest house is beautiful!! The host, Roseanne, is fantastic, she greeted us like we were family and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond! It’s newly finished and so beautifully decorated, creams with gold accents, and the bathroom is gorgeous!! We felt so relaxed and at home here. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and so peaceful. Everything about it was perfect. Thank you Roseanne for making our stay perfect!
