Open to the living area below, the plush primary suite is appointed with a queen bed and a private covered balcony with spectacular mountain views. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, a separate water closet, and a tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom sports a twin bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a tucked away reading nook that's perfect for quiet afternoons. The guest bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.

Admire panoramic mountain views from your expansive wraparound deck, complete with a three-burner propane grill and plenty of alfresco dining space.

**Please note that this home is a split-level home. If guests struggle with stairs, this may not be the best choice of home.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, provided firewood, and a washer/dryer.

Carport parking is available for two vehicles.

Wi-Fi speeds can be slow in the area. Due to unique design features like tiled stairs and loft spaces, this home may not be suitable for young children. This rental does not have air-conditioning.

Spot deer and turkey beneath the pines on the surrounding streets as you stroll to beautiful Fiscalani Ranch. Or take a quick day trip to amazing Baywood-Los Osos, Montaña de Oro, or Salmon Creek Falls (all within a 35-minute drive).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
