Stayed Oct 24, 2024Beautiful, comfy nicely decorated house with a fabulous mountain view! Great location to access Big Sur, Hearst castle, Morro Bay and lots more. Quiet safe neighborhood. There were Elephant Seals by Hearst castle and a mamma and baby Sea Otter at Morro Bay!

Stayed Dec 27, 2023The wildlife (turkey, deer, fox, frogs) in the beautiful natural setting of the neighborhood were an unexpected delight. House had beautiful view of natural areas but multiple steps through the house with arthritic knees was a little tough (but worth it). Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A lovely, full of light house in a great neighborhood. Just know there are stairs so keep it in mind, but if you don't mind those (We love them) then you're in for a great stay. Beautiful views, great decks. love this house.

Stayed Jun 5, 2022The positive of this house is the location. If you’re sitting in the living room, there are tons of windows and it’s like you’re up in the trees. The positives end there. Not one single part of this house is on the same level as any other. It’s treacherous getting around. The second bedroom has an immediate five step drop when you step out the door. In addition, the owner’s seem to assume that a kid will use that room. It has a twin bed with a thin, uncomfortable futon mattress and some crappy pillows. The coffee maker was broken and we had to call to get another one from Vacasa. The washing machine leaked and flooded the kitchen. The TV is the size of a postage stamp (we were trying to watch the NBA finals). The house was not set up in a welcoming way compared to other rental properties I’ve stayed in. And the name? It’s a freakish silver mannequin in the carport.

Stayed Dec 6, 2022There are windows facing in three directions, all at tree level. Lots of good birds. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is located near a great park for walking in woods, fields and on the cliff above the ocean. The kitchen is well -stocked, essentials and pots and pans, and even excellent tea.

Stayed Oct 5, 2022This is an idyllic house. We watched wild turkeys and deer off the deck and hiked every day. Loved the art and fun touches.
