Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very comfortable. The view from the deck is beautiful. Very clean and well stocked. We loved hearing the waves from the bedrooms and living space. We did wine and cheese one night (great wine glasses) and grilled steaks another night (nice grill). Close to downtown Cambria. It was a great base to relax and explore the coast.

The kitchen was adequately stocked with pots and pans and plenty of dishware and silverware. What we really loved was the open living/dining/kitchen area with views out to the ocean. The location was also great; so easy to get into town or walk across the highway down to the beach.

We had the best time staying at this house. It was perfect for everything! Being able to park in the garage was a nice feature.The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. We cooked every night! The views are out of this world. Able to see the sunset every night from the balcony. We want to rent the house again next year!

The house was a perfect fit for us. Our friends were upstairs and we were downstairs. The open plan living room/kitchen made it easy for us to be together while preparing meals and visiting. Loved the outdoor deck overlooking the sea. Beautiful sunsets.To get to the beach is a short walk, but you do have to cross HWY 1 which can get busy. We would definitely come back and stay at this home.

The home was wonderful in every way. Amazing ocean views, Exceptionally clean, comfy beds & linens, beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen. We loved our stay and will come back.
