Awesome place to stay for a few days, handy to everything you need

I liked so much the cleanliness, great location, everything we need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms we can find easily around including the use of washing machine. It was a beautiful place to enjoy our stay and I would recommend other visitors to stay here. Thank you so much for giving our memorable experience stay.

Lovely clean home, with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

This compact little house was ideal for our recent stay. 3 adults and 2 children. Beds were super comfortable with nice quality linen supplied. Every eventuality was catered for e.g. several pedestal fans available, washing machine, BBQ, plenty of crockery, utensils etc as well as some condiments, wraps, detergent, insect sprays. Bathroom is equipped with shampoo, liquid soap, toilet paper, towels, face washers, mat. Board games were available. Downstairs laundry as well as a toilet, bikes and helmets, indoor and outside clothes lines. Immaculate yard. Beautiful back deck with comfy chairs, bbq, table. We can't recommend this place highly enough.

Our stays was relaxed and close too all ammenties in town

We had a lovely stay at this cosy little beach shack. It’s simple but had everything our family needed for our 5 nights. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the yard was perfect for the kids to run around.The location is fantastic just a short 5 minute walk to the river and a quick drive to shops and Maroochydore Beach. We would happily rebook this house.

We loved the house, we had everything we needed, it was really clean, and all instructions were simple to follow.

House was in the perfect position, once we arrived we did not move the car until we left. Shops, bars and dining and beaches all win in walking distance. Had everything we needed for our getaway!

Good location excellent for fur babies very clean nice outdoor deck area. Would benefit from a more powerful air con unit and purchase a larger flat screen TV. Many thanks.

It was a great house, smallish living room but great couch, it fit us 4 adults. The backyard and decks were fantastic. Very spacious. Beds very comfortable. Loved my walk every morning down to the river. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely house and a great location

Great place to stay. Walking distance to water and the big shopping Centre. Yard was great for our 2 dogs.The back verandah was great for a get together with family.Only thing would be good if backyard was closed off on each side so you could keep the dogs in one spot.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this accommodation! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the mall, which made shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. It was so nice to be close to everything without needing to drive far.The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and all the small touches — like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations — made it feel like a home away from home.What really made the stay exceptional were the hosts. They were warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, they made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, which made all the difference.If you're looking for a cozy, convenient place near the mall with truly great hosts, look no further. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

An ideal beach house to stay for a few days

We enjoyed our stay at The Shack. The inside space was smaller than I thought it would be from the photos but we all loved the back deck and enjoyed eating our meals out there. Good range of kitchen supplies but not enough bowls for the number of guests. Easy and efficient communication with the host and check in was super easy.

The Shack was great, comfortable and clean, close to everything and well equiped. The hosts were awesome to communicate with and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Everything was so easy from directions to leaving . We stayed Mon-Fri with our dog .The house was exactly to the pictures , clean , well thought out & and the breeze was amazing. Everything was there ( we took all our own bits towels , shampoo, sheets , cups ) but the house is so well stocked, there really was no need . Check in was easy and so clear -we had no need to contact the owners but had numbers if needed. Even the gardens had been mowed - great yard for the dog . And off road parking . I know people always say “would book again “ but we are going to book for later on in the year . The dog beach in twin waters is an off lease beach & truly an awesome place Great job to the owners

The Shack was an excellent place to stay and was presented as listed. It is close to river, beaches, shopping and restaurants. The yard is excellent for traveling with a dog as it is completely enclosed. There are two great decks, one small one at the front and a large deck at the back. It was very clean and well presented with many extras supplied such as bikes and toiletries. The. property is in a quiet street with walking areas close by. I would recommend this property to family and friends

Great little home with plenty of old school beach shack charm.

The Shack was well maintained, very clean with everything we needed. An easy walk or short drive to Picnic Point on Maroochy River, Cotton Tree and nearby Maroochydore patrolled surf beach.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and had visits from our two Daughters and their families. The dogs loved the yard and swimming and boating and picnicking is within walking distance to Picnic Point. Good stay at a good price.

Perfect for a quick family getaway. Great location, quiet but close to the best parts of the Coast. Very welcoming to families and their pets!

Wonderful property to stay at. Check in instructions were easy, everything was really clean, lots of little extra's to make your stay comfortable (especially grateful for the mosquito coils!). Older style house, roomy and airy. Has everything you need. Will definitely stay again.

Property was perfect for us.Play equiptment and bikes were a great hit with my grandchildren. Back deck was a pleasant retreat in the evening. Beds very comfy. Short walk to riverside and easy walk to bus stops for a trip to Sunshine Plaza.

We recently stayed here for a couple of days while attending a family reunion. We were so impressed with how clean & tidy the house was. Our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed playing & napping in the enclosed yard. The deck had a beautiful breeze which was lovely on the hot evenings. The location is fantastic, really close to everything. Our kids are keen to come & stay here again soon!

Great location, very tidy property with lovely yard for the furbabies. Property was very clean and had lots of little extra touches that were nice. Loved the big deck, perfect to warm up in the morning sun and relax with family.

Nice and close to shops. Very dog friendly. We enjoyed ourselves. Back deck is great to sit and relax hopefully soon the building behind will be finished and it will be nice and quiet again. This is no way the owners fault at all. Over all enjoyed our stay.
