A great location with a view of the ski resort and walkable restaurant, coffee shop and store. The home is well equipped with better than normal quality.

Our daughter & her family live in Girdwood so this was a visit to see our girls. Condo was perfect for us. Great location. Beautiful, new build. No complaints!

This property was super nice. Everything was very clean. The hosts were greatat communicating w us and providing necessary info.The jacuzzi was really nice to come home a soak in after a long hike.

We were overjoyed by our accommodations, and the level of details of what was provided already at the townhouse, the cleanliness of everything once we had arrived. It had been a long time since we found such perfectly stocked accommodations. They thought through everything, kitchen appliances, storage, spices on hand, even an emergency pizza on hand if you get in too late (so thoughtful). It has the simple luxuries of boot warmers, ski nook, games, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, thermoses, and even a growler to fill up at the local brewery. We absolutely loved our stay, and this location. The Seymour thought of everything!

Alaska has been on my bucket list for quite some time. My friend and I both have the ikon pass so we decided to head over to Alaska and check out Alyeska. The townhouse has great attention to detail really enjoyed the boot warmers the gravity grabbers and the hot tub. Holly and David have paid very close attention to the the needs of their guests one small example would be the great fluffy towels. The location was perfect. Just five minutes from the resort and the creek outback was great to listen to. We even saw a bald eagle, while, walking along the bank. If you’re considering booking this place look no further and submit your reservation. The hot tub was perfect after being on the slopes all day and the town of Girdwood is clearly investing in updating the area.

My dad and I stayed at The Seymour for our second trip to Alaska in August 2024 and were amazed with how beautiful, pristine, and accommodating the townhome and David and Holly were. The views outside the front and back windows are serene and breathtaking; you have trees and a stream in the back and Mt. Alyeska in the front. This was the cleanest and nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in; it even smells brand new upon entry. David and Holly were the most wonderful hosts as they graciously answered my questions leading up to and during our stay. They are thoughtful enough to send guests a checklist on items that they have in the townhome which makes it easier to know what to bring and/or buy. We appreciated the information binder which featured how to work appliances, what to do for checkout, and the nearest locations for food in and around Girdwood. I will definitely stay here again during my next Alaska adventure as I fell in love with the townhome's beauty.

This is the nicest VRBO I’ve stayed in. Everything is immaculate and well thought of. The location couldn’t be better. We walked to many great restaurants. Girdwood is a very beautiful little town and the views are stunning.

We stayed in early June 2024 and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The furniture was top notch, decor on point and best of all, the mattresses were comfortable. This David and Holly thought of every detail that a guest could want. The info book included every bit of information about the townhome, the food options in Girdwood and other helpful tips about the surrounding area. The babbling creek behind the townhome was nice and has an easily walkable path which we took for dinner to The Double Musky. We'd stay here again in a minute!
