Stayed Feb 13, 2026The host was fine and great at communication. The apartment itself was very dirty. The sink had not been cleaned. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned and had pubic hair all over it. The shower was a mess the kitchen countertops, head crumbs all over them. We called the host. We immediately refunded our money and we did not stay.

Stayed Nov 16, 2025Located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to/from RTP, restaurants, grocery stores and national retail stores.Typical parking space in the front but access to space is around the back of the mutli-unit building. Clean, pet friendly, no issues checking in or out. My interaction and communication with the host was via the app. There were no issues or reasons that required anything more. IMO, it is one of the ways that demonstrates the hosts commitments to privacy. Plenty of information was provided in a way that I felt welcomed, to reach out if I needed help or had any questions. I felt comfortable with my stay.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Our daughter stayed here while in Durham for a summer internship and she LOVED her stay!! Nice and safe neighborhood within easy reach of any restaurant or shop you would ever need. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and the owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. If we needed a room in Durham in the future, we would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thanks again, Mo!!!
