Stayed Apr 15, 2024I would highly recommend this vacation home. The place was clean, spacious, had lots of actvities for the kids and the property manager was very responsive. All of our family and friends loved this house!

Stayed Jan 13, 2024House was nice and quite roomy, not many areas close by to eat. We always had to drive at least 20 minutes to eat out. Would be nice to have nearby restaurants, some in walking distance. We probably wouldn’t stay here again because it’s off the beaten path and doesn’t have nearby businesses and restaurants.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023This property is well decorated and has lots of space to spread out so that people aren't on top of each other. We rented it for our family of 12 including grandparents, two sets of parents, and 6 teens/young adults. Everyone that was an adult had their own rooms and the teens enjoyed sharing. The dining table is big enough that we were able to sit down for dinners every night (just pull over two of the chairs from the poker room). Having the private pool right off the house was a nice luxury. The community pool was very nice and the ocean is walkable and we even saw two space launches! Activity recommendation: research bioluminescent kayaking tours (roughly 40 minutes north)! That was a hit with the whole family as nighttime kayaking is something that we've never tried. Now for a few negatives. Minor issue with iPad and dishwasher, but service techs were nice, good response time. This next negative was just odd. There is a Jack and Jill bath between the kids rooms (6 potentially in one room, 2 in another). Logic would state that the bathroom has EIGHT towels as general hospitality practices do not warrant guests sharing bathroom towels. That was not the case. Only TWO towels were provided. The hosts did eventually bring us more, but it should be basic guest practice. One towel per guest. Last issue. We weren't told until just DAYS before arrival that only 2 cars were allowed on premise. The parking they recommended is 15 minutes away, very inconvenient.

Stayed Aug 23, 2023This house offers all the essential features you could possibly desire. With a beautiful backyard and ample space for entertainment, it provides the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. The beach is very close to the house and loved the casino-themed room.

Stayed Mar 12, 2023On the plus side, the layout is very good. The grandkids loved the pirate bunk and game room. It is an easy walk to a very nice beach. On the minus side, the newish fridge leaked even after a tech came out. It sure appears to be the ice maker. Also, both garbage cans were overflowing out front. I had to smash a bunch of stuff down to stop it from blowing everywhere. And once it was finally picked up (after2 calls) neighbors put a bunch of stuff into the cans before I could move them by the house. And the electronic information guide never did work, even though the same tech called it in and it was supposed to be rebooted remotely. Finally, the times lock did not open at 4:00 PM. It did open at 5. It must have been due to the time change that early morning.

Stayed Feb 4, 2023Our property manager Tatiana was amazing. There were a couple of things that needed attention and she took care of them immediately. We also had a medical emergency and she checked back in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything else. She was great and we appreciated her.
