The Seagull’s Nest

The place was spotless when we arrived and smelled amazing. The temperature was nice and warm too, which we appreciated. The house was perfect for our 2 families to stay together. Plenty of room for the 9 of us (4 adults, 5 children). Will definitely look to stay again.

Everything about our stay was great. Communication with the owner, directions, accommodations, location, bedding and towels, and ample bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a crowd. My kids especially appreciated all the fun games in the house. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Ryan!

We had an amazing family getaway at Seagulls Nest. The location was ideal as it was close to the town and beach. The house was clean and spacious. The games were memorable. Ryan was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any inquiries. Would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Seagulls Nest for a large group. Plenty of space and hot water, no issue with lots of showers after a day at the beach. 7-eleven and ice cream around the corner. AC worked well. Ryan and Kelly are great communicators. Overall, an excellent vacation at the beach for my family. Was very happy that beach badges, towels and sheets were supplied, a great perk. 4 beach chairs that were also supplied were new....

Ryan went above and beyond to provide the most excellent service from dropping off air mattress to shipping items my friend left behind. His service was top tier. Prior to my stay he was prompt and available to answer any questions. The home is beautiful, clean, and a perfect choice for large groups!

Quiet neighborhood yet in walking distance to some restaurants (Mexican food, Cajun and more). Very short drive to whatever you need. Very clear, friendly and fast response times from the hosts. Truly not a single thing that we would criticize. Highly recommend this property & host.

My family gathered from CT, VA and NJ to spend the holiday and it was perfect. The house was exactly how it was listed and the hosts Ryan and Kelly were great.. the house was large enough for 9 adults and 5 children under 7.. nice perk was to have linens and towels! Would definitely recommend..

Travelled to the area to visit our daughter at university with the grandparents and cousins. Lots of space to spread out and everyone enjoyed all there was to offer in the area. We’ll be back soon!

Just a fun home with old world charm. Would stay here again for sure!

This is beautiful home with everything a family needs to have a comfortable, fun time in a quiet community near the beach!

The house is well laid out with plenty of space for my extended family. It was very clean, and it’s lots of extra linens/pillows. There were a lot of extra and/or fun touches. A ton of games in the house- I’m talking skee ball and foozball not monopoly! I really appreciated things like extra TP and paper towels and all the lights being labeled. Very responsive and helpful owners. Close by the marina, a short walk to Main Street, and a not too long to the beach (20min?) great property very comfortable!

This was the perfect spot for our first beach family trip! Plenty of space, sunlight and games. We loved our time at the Segull's Nest in Belmar.
