The Seaduction, Gorgeous Private Home with Heated Pool! 1/2 Block to the Beach & Dog Friendly!

Beautiful home as advertised in photos, comfortable for whole family including our little dog, felt safe, loved how close was to beach and all the choices owner has made! Would visit again!

We had the best stay! 13 adults fit easily into this home for my birthday trip. The pool was great as was the common area - we all fit to sit down for dinner and lounging. The proximity to the beach was great! It was such a short walk and convenient for the whole group. We would definitely come back!

I've stayed at numerous high-end houses on SPI over the years, usually on the beach. While this house isn't technically on the beach, it's so close to a very convenient beach access that it didn't matter. The house itself had a great floor plan and it is very well maintained. Beds are super comfy, as are the couches. Never saw a bug. The backyard pool area is beautiful and clean. We had horrible weather during our stay, so we were stuck inside for most of our visit. So glad this is the house were stuck in. Management was also very responsive to our needs. Small critiques - kitchen could use more silverware and the neighborhood can be noisy on weekends.

We loved our time at the “Seaduction”. We had a little hiccup with the door code when we first arrived. We called SPI and it was fixed very quickly! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was beautiful and so close to the beach! Only things I would change: more bath towels. We are a family of 8 and washed them a lot to get through our time there. Also the dryer took a very long time to dry clothing. I highly recommend the home. From the first phone call to rent this home to our last moments there, I was impressed with SPI rentals staff and the properties. Thank you so much! We had a great time!

The house and backyard were beyond expectations. The house and pool were clean and well appointed. There were a few minor issues that were immediately resolved. Absolutely would stay there again. Staff at SPI rental were really responsive and customer friendly.

Great house for a group. Fit 12 of us very comfortably. Pool was great, however, it would be nice if there was shade over the pool because the water was hot for most of the day. Other than that, perfect place. Would rent again.

We were a family of 10 adults and 6 children ranging in ages 1-9 yrs old. Everyone was comfortable and it never felt crowded. The host responded within minutes when contacted for information. The pool was clean and warm so the kiddos had a blast. The beach is approx 2.5 blocks away and it was so peaceful. The restaurants are within walking distances and there is several options. All around i would definitely recommend this rental and will definitely go back. Happy Holidays!

We had a great time!! It was a beautiful house at an amazing location!! Close to everything - the beach, the restaurants, shopping, rentals!! Great layout of the house was a plus for us!! And was very clean!! Had ample space!! The master bedrooms were awesome and so was the kids room with bunk beds!! Overall we think this is an amazing house and we will rent it again!!

Beautiful home, with excellent heated pool. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and living and dining room seated everyone in our group. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved the open floor plan, large bedrooms & fabulous back yard with pool. There was plenty of room for our family to relax and spend time together. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and supplies for cooking meals, beverages & snacks. Our dogs enjoyed our watching the sunrise walks on the beach which was less than two minute walk from the front door. The location was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely book this place again. It's the perfect size for our family.

This was an awesome place to stay. It accommodated our large family of 18. Easy and close access to the beach. The pool was a great addition. We would definitely stay here again!!

This property was perfect. The house is very roomy. The property was clean and had all the essential things needed in the kitchen. Plenty of clean towels. Check in and out was extremely easy. We will definitely try to stay at this property again in the future. SPI Rental staff are always quick to respond to questions or concerns. We were a family of six adults and four children. We had plenty of space to spread out and the private pool was a lot of fun. We appreciated the outdoor shower after spending time at the sandy beach. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean upon check in. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen could be better equipped. Having cream and sugar for the coffee would have been nice. We really needed scissors but we couldn't find any. The house was perfect for a family reunion, and it was convenient to be walking distance to the beach.
