Directly on the ocean front. Out your front door and 10 steps to the boardwalk. This area is not for your bikes or scooters. They must be taken to the alley and to the boardwalk. An outdoor shower is provided for your use. Four private ocean view balconies, 2 are directly over the boardwalk. 2-car double garage.

Please clean BBQ Grill after use and turn off propane tank.
Trash cans must go out to the street on Monday Night.
Recycling is picked up every other week.
