The Space:

Welcome to Voltaire, a newly built modern home on a quiet street in the heart of Scottsdale, designed for groups who want space to spread out and one big room to come back together.



Step inside to a bright, open great room with white oak floors, a linear fireplace, and a wall of sliding glass that opens the living, dining, and kitchen straight onto the patio. The chef's kitchen centers on an oversized island with seating for six, a professional gas range with hood, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a walk-in butler's pantry with a second sink, beverage fridge, and coffee station. The dining table seats ten with room to add more.



Five bedrooms are spread across the single level. The primary suite has a king bed and a spa-style bath with a freestanding soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and a long double vanity. Two queen guest suites each have their own bathroom, and two bunk rooms with twin-over-full bunks and pull-out beds give kids or the overflow crew their own space. A dedicated laundry room and a two-car garage with a glass door round out the interior.



Out back, the covered patio is set up as an outdoor living room with deep lounge seating, ceiling fans, and a ping pong table, all overlooking the large private pool. A full pickleball court with a basketball hoop anchors the side yard, and a built-in BBQ sits just off the patio. Turf lawns, paver walkways, and mature palms and pines frame the whole backyard behind a fully walled, private lot.

Check-in instructions and your door code will be sent in this chat thread 2 days before check-in. The entire home, garage, and backyard are yours during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in the quiet, established 85254 neighborhood between Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, a short walk from neighborhood parks and a few minutes from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter for shopping and dining. It is about 10 minutes to the Scottsdale Airpark and TPC Scottsdale, and roughly 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, and Sky Harbor Airport. Several public and resort golf courses, including Kierland, Orange Tree, and Stonecreek, are within a short drive.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended. Ride shares are plentiful in the area. There is parking in the driveway and two-car garage.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the home is in a residential neighborhood; quiet hours begin at 9:00 pm and events are not permitted. The pool is not heated. Routine maintenance such as landscaping and pool service may occur during your stay. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the property.
