The Space:

Welcome to 52nd Street, a Spanish-style estate on a quiet, lushly landscaped street in the heart of Scottsdale's corridor, where the whole group can spread out and still come together.



The backyard is the main event. A large heated pool with in-water loungers and a stone spillway is flanked by a separate spa, rows of chaise lounges, and lawn-and-paver patios that catch the desert sunset. Cook on the built-in BBQ under the covered outdoor kitchen, then move to the shaded ramada with its long dining table and lounge seating. A private putting green sits under the trees, and a second-floor balcony overlooks the entire scene. Out front, a circular fire pit in the courtyard is the spot for late-night conversations under the stars.



Inside, soaring ceilings and a dramatic double staircase open onto a bright great room with a stacked-stone electric fireplace, a full-size pool table, and a wall of steel-framed windows. The chef's kitchen is finished in white cabinetry and veined quartz, with a large island, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining room for ten in a windowed rotunda. A second family room with its own wet bar, wine fridge, and a big bar-height table is the natural spot for game day.



Six bedrooms are spread across two floors. The primary suite is a true retreat with a king bed, sitting area, backyard access, and a spa bath with a freestanding soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and a long double vanity with lighted mirrors. Additional king and queen suites feature marble-tiled walk-in showers, and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk opens onto the upstairs balcony. Upstairs, a game loft with foosball, shuffleboard, and a stand-up arcade cabinet gives kids (and adults) their own hangout. A dedicated office and a full laundry room round out the home.

*Pool Heating*

There is an additional fee of $150 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. This is paid after the reservation is made. The spa is heated at no charge.

Check-in instructions and your door code will be sent in this chat thread 2 days before check-in. The entire home and backyard are yours during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in the quiet, established 85254 neighborhood between Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, a few minutes from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter for shopping and dining, about 10 minutes from the Scottsdale Airpark and TPC Scottsdale, and roughly 20 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, and Sky Harbor Airport. Several public and resort golf courses, including Kierland, Orange Tree, and Stonecreek, are within a short drive.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended. Ride shares are plentiful in the area. There is ample parking in the driveway and circular front drive.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the home is in a residential neighborhood; quiet hours begin at 9:00 pm and events are not permitted. Routine maintenance such as landscaping and pool service may occur during your stay. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the property.
