This beach home was so beautiful! It had everything you needed for an amazing vacation! The host was readily accessible and friendly! Would recommend!

My wife and I took our two teenagers and a few of their friends to the beach and this was a great fit, short walk to the beach the house was very clean and the owners were great at communicating. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful very comfortable

This home is a dream. Immaculately clean. With white walls, high ceilings and plenty of windows, it is exceptionally bright and cheerful, open and spacious. If you want to feel like you're truly on vacation, free from stress and problems, this is a great place to stay. I slept like a baby, and could even breathe better than usual! The beds, sheets and pillows were so comfortable I took photos of the tags so I could buy them for my own home. The nearby beach was fabulous and not loud and chaotic, as some beaches can be. We rented a golf cart, which was a GREAT decision that really made the trip. I will not soon forget those sunsets, cruising the beach in the evenings with the family and our little dogs. Speaking of dogs, they LOVED this place. There is a fenced in area at the bottom of the stairs, so you can let them out to do their business without worry of them running off. And there is a sliding gate upstairs to close off the stairs completely, if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything worked! The induction cooktop was fun to play with, and the air fryer oven setting made excellent, healthy crispy chicken wings. No issues with wifi or cell coverage- both worked better here than they do for us in Houston! Last, the property owners could not have been friendlier or more responsive. They are incredibly kind, just straight-up good people. They handled every inquiry with genuine concern and grace. So refreshing! We can't wait to return to this house!

So glad we chose this cabin for our mini pre-summer vacation. Location was perfect. Street was quiet and pleasant. Straight shot to beach access. Cabin had everything we wanted. Fresh, clean and ready to relax. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful home away from home. Our favorite part was the battleship game we hadn’t played in years!!! We will be back or be neighbors one day!!

This property exceeded all of our expectations!! Beautiful home with an amazing location! Bright fresh and open, with a large upper deck and a HUGE downstairs entertaining area! With a bar and large built in picnic table with a downstairs shower to rinse off after the beach. We absolutely loved this home and will definitely be back!! ❤️⭐️

There are good rentals and there are great rentals. This is a great rental. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and we had no issues getting in. Host was quick to respond to our questions and get us our access information. The booklet they provided was great as well for getting the most out of our stay and seeing some local favorites. The house was clean and cozy and even better than the pictures show. We look forward to staying here again!

We were so impressed with the Sandy Pelican, this house was beautiful and pretty much everything we needed for a beach vacation was available. Our family had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back next year!
