The RW Guest House

Got to the house and HVAC was broken, and the place wasn’t even cleaned. In town for a swim meet and had to make alternate arrangements, now the host will not respond to VRBO on my escalation, not has a dime been refunded. Host evidently expects me to still stay in his nasty uncleaned house. His problem was made to be my problem. Was not intending to blast them on here but not responding or doing the right thing and that’s out the window.

This worked for what we were looking for. House was clean and neighborhood fine. Big coffee pot was broke so we used the little one. Not much to cook with as far as cookware and no seasoning. Not a huge deal. Felt like this is a home that’s new to VRBO and will get better over time.

Need a deep cleaning- ceiling fans have a lot dust- windows shades need to be clean, master bedroom floor is really bad, you feel like your going down- also they are some cockroaches

Property was as described. It was a clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy access to downtown. Would stay there again.

Nice place for a few days in Ft Smith

It wasn’t bad they do need to figure out how to make the entrance better it’s like that is where water stands and the boards to walk over just doesn’t say welcome to me being that is the first thing you see. And they really need to repair the floor in the kitchen but other then that it is a cute little place

Older house that has been completely redone to bring all of the modern conveniences to travelers at a reasonable price. We loved the location to all our favorite coffee shops. Close to hospital, downtown, library, and road biking. We loved the ice machine, coffee bar, and especially the air hockey table. Beautiful trees in the neighborhood for the fall season! Overall a great place to stay!

We had a great stay in this spacious, clean, modern feeling house. It is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to all our Fort Smith needs - restaurants, shopping, nature walks, etc. Everyone in our family easily had their own indoor space and the neighborhood was welcoming and wonderfully quiet at night.

Came for a visit to see family, and decided we won't stay anywhere but here ever again. Loved the hospitality of the hosts, loved that the house was absolutely adorable, and completely remodeled. Very close to downtown.

It was a wonderful experience staying with my family at the house. The only suggestion would be to remove the hour glass than can easily be bumped off the shelf. This is not a complaint. Just a suggestion!
