Southern Comfort Downtown Ft Smith!

Our stay was as expected. Within walking distance to events we were attending. Cathy communicated very well and was attentive to our questions and accommodations.

My best friend and I meet at Fort Smith to have a short visit. This property is wonderful. It is in a great location and is extremely clean. So very pleased to have found it. Cathy is a wonderful host. She was very pleasant to visit with. This will be our go to place when visiting Fort Smith.

Good location, easy parking, home is comfortable, well lighted and well appointed. Lots of towels, kitchen supplies and comfy beds. I will definately return.

After a few negative experiences with short-term rentals, this was such a pleasant departure. Property is precious and has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of instantly hot water, and in spite of proximity to the hospital, it's a quiet, restful spot. Host is conscientious about guest comfort without being intrusive, and was an excellent source of information about the local area (this was my first visit). As others have indicated in their reviews, I'll plan to stay here again when I return to Ft. Smith, and have already recommended it to friends. I particularly appreciate that the host uses a new door code for each guest, which isn't necessarily always the case. It's worth noting that the heat source is a wall heater, so this might not be an ideal location for families with small children, but it sure was cozy! See you next year!

Very nicely remodeled for an older frame duplex. Smart tv was a nice touch. Was able to stream my DISH from home. Thanks for a comfy stay.

This was our second time staying at Southern Comfort as we made our way back home across country. Once again, the home was super clean and comfortable. Cathy is one of the best host I have come across when renting on VRBO. She definitely understands comfort and “customer experience”. The place looked just like the pictures. Super cute and clean! Quiet street close to downtown. Could easily walk. We did not because very hot when we were there in July. Lol. Plenty of linens and stocked kitchen. We could easily cook just needed to get ingredients. Loved the touch of coffee and oatmeal and popcorn provided. Washer and dryer use was so nice so we could pack clean clothes! Definitely recommend! Host was wonderful...making recommendations and providing information about local stores/restaurants!

Cathy’s home was everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for a night as we made our way across country. Her home is extremely clean and very comfortable. Cathy was a great host and ensured our stay was perfect. If the stars align we would love to stay here again on our way back home.
