Stayed Feb 13, 2026The house and amenities were great. The area was very quiet and the village seemed to of just updated all their walking trails with new mulch. We were very pleased and will likely return.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025Beautiful home, fantastic neighborhood. Felt like a hidden gem just outside of Asheville. Walking trails for dogs in a quiet neighborhood. Great views and very comfortable setup. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Wonderful location, close to everything! The house had a musky smell and the furniture was small and uncomfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was very squeaky. There are a ton of stairs and the home did not seem very well maintained.

It was a quiet neighborhood and could walk to a few restaurants down at entrance of neighborhood. We would definitely stay again at the Roost! It was our first time at this house and Black mountain. Stayed Jun 13, 2025Towels were damp and smelled like mildew prior to use. My son’s sheets had visible mold on them. Electrical was spotty (lights/fans randomly turned on minutes after switch was turned on). Lights flickered several times (no storm and not observed at other nearby properties).

Stayed Dec 27, 2024This property is special! Three floors and a loft. Well maintained and supplied. We didnt want for anything. Trails right out the door are convenient and just a short walk to great restaurants.
