Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin-over-twin size bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #5 includes 2 twin-over-twin size bunk beds, a smart TV, and a retro arcade game table.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 4 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 20 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• Entry to this home is accessed on the first floor.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Portable crib and high chair available.
