The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully spacious, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. We felt right at home.

This is a great place to stay near FSU. The bedrooms are comfortable and master suite is large. There are two living areas with kitchen in the middle which allows for plenty of gathering space. We didn’t use the fire pit but it looked nice. Plenty of dishes and silverware too. All the rooms have TV’s but, (note to owner, check the one next to the master suite because I couldn’t figure out how to work it.) Hopefully we will stay again when my next daughter graduates from FSU! Thank you!

Great stay at a great place!

Property was as described and very clean. Super easy check-in and hosts were very good at communicating and responding to questions. Parking was convenient in the carport. Fantastic stay and will keep on our revisit again list when in Tallahassee. Also convenient to campus and to Publix!

The house was definitely large enough for 8 ladies to stay. It is a unique set up with lots of small steps from room to room. One more bathroom would definitely help.

My family and I enjoyed our Christmas here. The house was very spacious and located in a quiet area close to what we needed. Kim was very helpful, and we will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Awesome home and location to FSU. Also easy to shopping, restaurants etc. Mike and Kim were amazing hosts and communication was quick and easy. House is larger thank it looks and love that every bedroom has a tv. We spent most our time inside and at FSU but the backyard is huge and the front porch is big as well. Loved the carport to keep car covered in that FL sun. Highly recommend and are looking forward to a return stay.

This place was amazing. Great price and the owner was very responsive. Sleeping places go beyond what is listed. 10 stars hands down. Our group plans for this to be our planned place of staying instead of hotel. Great job to the owners.

Very clean and spacious. There were a lot of places to eat in close proximity.

Working with the host was super easy. Loved that we just locked the doors as we left and they took care of everything else!
