The Riverhouse

The only thing that topped our AMAZING stay at the Riverhouse were our SPECTACULAR hosts Nikki & Dean! They were by far the most accommodating hosts I’ve ever had - hands down. This property was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed AND MORE. Beds were comfortable, linen was fresh and clean, and towels were plentiful. The Sunrise Suite upstairs (that has a full bathroom) was an added bonus. Our group of 9 ranged in age from 40s to 80s, so the ADA ramp came in handy as well. Our weather was rainy this weekend, so we definitely plan on returning to take advantage of all this property has to offer. If you’re thinking about booking, go ahead and do it. You won’t regret it!

Great location. Enjoyed the fishing. The home had plenty of space for the 8 of us. The owners were very helpful with working with us and providing directions on restaurants, groceries and general knowledge. We will be staying again in the future.

The process for renting was seamless, the property was very clean. We were very impressed with the surroundings and food choices. Being next to the ferry was a bonus along with the cycling trails and routes. Thanks for trusting me with your property. I Highly recommend Johnny

This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed in. It’s incredibly roomy and the roof top suite is so cool. Perfect location, too!

The host was very communicative. Answered questions promptly. The house was clean, calm, and a great location, close to a beautiful beach right on the water. Plenty of rooms, and a large living room for everyone to hang out and visit.

Beautiful, clean house! There are plenty of things for everyone to do. Fishing everyday from the backyard, watching the dolphins and ships, riding the ferry, walking to restaurants, and tons of games. The location can't be beat! We had a few questions that were answered right away. Greay host, great house, great location. We will be back!

Wow! Did this property meet, no, EXCEED our expectations! The view is incredible. The house is pristine and accommodated us well. The central great room with large sectional and large TV was perfect for our football viewing! So many rooms to allow for smaller activites - the GAMES available, the studio suite above and the wide front porch and outdoor fire pit suited our large gathering to a “T”. The kids enjoyed the river’s edge and found about 30 shark teeth. I can’t say enough about the Riverhouse. And, the hosts were quick to respond in our planning phase and available throughout our stay. Everyone agreed we should come again!

This property was fantastic, very clean and well maintained and the views from the porches were amazing. Way more than enough room and parking for our group of 8 and we loved the location and proximity to some great restaurant options. It was a very easy drive to Amelia Island where our event was held. We loved every minute we stayed here and would highly recommend it. Hope to be back next year!

Our multi-generational family enjoyed a wonderful, comfortable stay at The Riverhouse. The home offered space and activity opportunities that appealed to each age group and included a large room for the entire family to gather for meals and fun. The outdoor areas were great too. We took full advantage of sitting out watching activity on the river and conversing around the fire pit. This home met all our needs and expectations. We would readily go again.
