A private landmark resort/home erected on a massive bed of river rocks. Six magical acres of riverfront, which once served as settlement for Cherokees tribes at the foothills of the National Sequoia and Mineral King Parks. This artful boutique villa was built with vision and harmony to create a one of a kind river sanctuary. This museum like resort, is the most unique gateway in Three Rivers, which not only serves as a basecamps to explore the area, but as a retreat for the soul.

+Please note that the river flow depends on weather/ heat waves/ rain seasons... We cannot guarantee a strong river flow all year long...

We all loved the very unique home and location. Since we had 5 kids, we would have liked acrylic glasses to use. Had difficulty with the light switches. Never found the switch for the lights over the restroom sink in the guest house. Tried to follow the directions for the hood over the stove. The instructions said there was a switch to the right of the sink. We did not locate that switch. We were amazed at the number of vultures roosting across the river. We had least at 25 on our beach the morning we left. Probably not anything that could be done about that. Thank you

Overall the home is very nice. However, the showers in the bathrooms have no water pressure. It's light sprinkles, especially in the Master Bathroom shower. They are cutting the wrong corners.

What a beautiful place! The library of books is an amazing collection. The work poured into this place shows the love of the property!! It was very peaceful and super quiet. The river flowing was the perfect background noise. This place was clean, with great pieces of art and furniture. Many different seating areas throughout the property to enjoy for any mood that strikes you. Thanks for everything Georgel, you were an excellent host!!

My husband and I spent a few nights in this beautiful home. We felt far away from anyone else and was completely inundated with peace. The house is gorgeous with so many beautiful pieces of art, books, and zen. The kitchen is a cooking dream. The rooms are all very different and yet all inviting. The outside make you feel like a curious child on a mission to discover all of what nature has to offer! Georgel was available to answer any of our questions. I would def recommend staying at this beautiful place. We originally came to see the sequoias for my birthday-however most of the National park was closed. We were SO lucky to have such an adventure roaming around here that it served for a natural replacement. We are very very happy with our stay here!

This is a beautiful home with ample space and within the beauty of nature. We saw so many birds and animals around the property. The home was very clean (the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in) and has a lot of character. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we entered the property we immediately felt a sense of peace and tranquility with the sound of the river that is in front of the house. The house itself is massive but warm. We achieved the purpose of our stay and that is to relax and reboot. The only problem is we did not want to leave! It is better than the photos and we definitely will be back!

The property and home are amazing. Such a retreat by the river, with plenty of outdoor space to explore. The house is eclectic, yet cozy. The home is less than 5 minutes from “downtown” Three Rivers and approximately 20 minutes from Sequioa National Park entrance. We would love to return one day.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay! The riverside cabin is beautiful, with lots of thoughtful details and a cool layout. Ideal location with easy access to the Sequoia National Park. The owner was very easy to coordinate with and made our stay very special. I highly recommend the REYIUM!
