With a massive grassy backyard, private river access, an elevated outdoor patio, and room for up to 10 guests, this is an incredible home base for families and groups looking to experience the Wood River Valley in every season.

The heart of the home is upstairs, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room cometogether in one bright, open gathering space overlooking the trees and river. The remodeled kitchen features a large island and everything needed for meals at home, while plush seating, a fireplace, and Smart TV make the living room an easy place to settle in after a day outside. Just beyond the living space, the large elevated patio puts you right among the treetops with outdoor lounge seating, dining, a barbecue, and smoker.

The home sleeps up to 10 across four bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower overlooking the river corridor. Downstairs, you'll find a spacious suite with two king beds and an ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a queen bed below and twin above. The queen and bunk rooms share a full bathroom.

The lower level also includes a large laundry and gear room with plenty of space for skis, boots, fly rods, and outdoor equipment, along with direct access to the garage and indoor parking.

Outside is what makes this property especially memorable. The expansive lawn stretches toward the Big Wood River with Adirondack chairs positioned for taking in the setting. Guests have private access to the river, with opportunities for fly fishing directly from the property and, depending on seasonal water levels, a natural river beach along the shoreline.

In summer, spend long days outside by the river and evenings dining among the trees. In winter, come home from the mountains to the fireplace, gear room, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It's a rare combination of privacy, riverfront living, and a central Mid Valley location.

Good to Know

The home has air conditioning on the upper level only. The downstairs bedrooms do not have AC and are heated with baseboard heat during colder months.
River conditions naturally change throughout the year. The property's private beach is seasonal and dependent on water levels, so its size and accessibility cannot be guaranteed during every stay.
As with any riverfront property, guests should use appropriate caution around moving water, particularly with children.
