The Retreat - 4BR Arcadia Home w/ Heated Pool & Spa

Amazing place to stay. Very clean and host communicated frequently and was helpful. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great time staying here! Our flight got in early and Matthew was very accommodating and kind enough to let us check in hours early which we very much appreciated. Communication was excellent as well. Overall we would choose to stay here again!

We stayed at this property for my masters degree graduation and it was the perfect location. All of the amenities were perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the sun. The owners were very responsive and made a how stay a very positive experience.

The backyard was wonderful and the host was very responsive. The cleanliness could be improved. Used nicotine pouches left around the hot tub, thick layer of dust on window coverings/fans, and don’t wear white socks around the house.

We had a wonderful stay. The queen bed was very firm, too much so for me. The outdoor space is wonderful. The house was a bit hard to find as we got in late at night and there were no outdoor lights on. It’s in a good location- close to many shopping malls and restaurants etc. Overall, I would recommend this home for your vacation.

Backyard and master bedroom were incredible. Safe neighborhood.

Pool was nice but hot tubs chemicals were way off, burning our eyes. Temp was 109 when we got there so turned it way down to 102. Overall, good visit and beds were very comfortable.

The house was incredibly clean and a lot of space. It’s close to a lot of shops, grocery stores and a mall. Definitely would stay again.

This was a perfect property for our family. It had all the amenities that we needed and we were very comfortable staying there. We would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Phoenix area.

This was a nice home located in central Phoenix. The home has four bedrooms and a well maintained pool. The kitchen is well stocked with most kitchen items you will need. The mattresses could be updated, they were a little soft for our liking. We did not use the hot tub or the outdoor amenities other than the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. The home is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the airport is about 15 minutes away. We did see that there is a washer and dryer for the guest however we did not use it. The owners were quick with their response to questions and they also had their number available if you needed immediate attention while staying at the property. There is plenty of parking available both in the driveway and on the street. Overall the property was clean, quiet, well stocked and well maintained.

Initially I wasn’t sure about the location it’s an older neighborhood with a lot of apartments in the area but that did not matter. The area is quiet and there is plenty of resources close by. The house is top notch with a lot of custom upgrades. The backyard is setup where you will want to spend all of your time. Everything works as it should the only things I wished were different was TVs in the rooms but you’ll have to do more pillow talk so maybe that’s a plus and limited seating in the LR but it was perfect for our family of 5

Communication with host was great, easy check in, quiet neighborhood, the place was spotless! Beautiful home inside n out! Golfing was fun and pool is not deep, our family and pets loved it and will be returning.

This home was so peaceful and just the right place to cool off without driving too far from home! The inside and outside are stunning and cozy!

Plenty of clean comfortable beds for the five of us. Lovely backyard space with pool and shaded seating and putting green for enjoying games and relaxing. Convenient location to good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The only negative thing was our stay was only 2 nights.

The house was awesome clean, well maintained and lots of space. The backyard was just open to activity and relaxing. The neighborhood was nice an quiet and convenient to stores and Chase Field as that was our destination on our stay. Look forward to a future stay. Thank you Matthew

We had a great stay. We were in AZ for my graduation from GCU. We found The Retreat and instantly booked our stay. It had enough room for my family and I and the amazing backyard made us want to stay longer. We hope to book another stay sometime. Thank you to Thw Retreat for our stay.

Great location, very nice property. Our family was in town for GCU graduation and it was a great home base for family and friends!

The location was great and allowed for easy access to lots of restaurants and activities. The backyard space really made the house! It was very quiet and relaxing. The weather was hot, so the pool was very refreshing. The pool heater only operates when the outside air temperature is lower than 84 (or somewhere around that temp), so I would recommend checking the weather before you committing to paying for pool heat. The putting green was a very fun touch! The living/dining/kitchen area was smaller than the pictures made it look, but it was enough space for our group of 4. The bedrooms were all a nice size, but the master bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, our stay was great.

Had a wonderful stay. Communication with Host was excellent, check in process was super smooth, house was very clean and amenities were outstanding. Heated pool was the perfect temperature and sparkling clean. Great hot tub, and wonderful extras with putting green and cornhole boards, gas grill and gas fire pit. lovely backyard set up with lots of seating, outdoor dining table, plenty of shade, and also loungers for sun. Location was great convenient to shopping and dining and easy drive to and from airport and surrounding areas. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Was a great place for us! Back yard pool, hot tub, putting green and sitting area was awesome. Close to everything we did while there. Host responded immediately to my messages/questions.

This location was perfect for our weekend, within a few miles of my sister’s house and the wedding venue. The amenities were amazing and we enjoyed the putting green, pool, hot tub and cornhole. It was a perfect respite for the weekend and we’re so happy to have found this “Retreat”! Awesomeness!!!

Quick family get together for the weekend. The house had everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, nice fire pit. Very relaxing backyard. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were an intergenerational family staying in Phoenix for a couple of days. The owners were very communicative and helpful at each step of the reservation process and stay. Their home has a great location, wonderful outdoor space with a lovely pool and hot tub that were both enjoyed - in January! We appreciated the cleanliness and access to laundry, as well. We chose the property primarily for closeness to the airport. Additionally, it was conveniently located to access Phoenix area attractions, restaurants, etc.

Place was clean and well maintained the guys really enjoyed the hot tub, the pool and all outdoor amenities . We didn’t spend much time on the property except sleep and showers but we enjoyed the time we spent there.

Our family of 5 enjoyed the property immensely. The location was great as it is near the airport and other great restaurants. The neighborhood is up and coming so don't get too worried when you drive up to it. We took Waymo everywhere and loved it.

The outdoor space was the best! We planned our time around when we could most enjoy the backyard. Pretty close drive to Old Town Scottsdale and Papago Park. Food wise, we enjoyed BoSa doughnuts, Diego Pops, Barrio Queen, and Grimaldi's (coal brick oven pizza).

A nicely renovated home in a central location. We would stay again to be close to family in the neighborhood.

We loved the house. The only criticism is the bathroom in master bedroom was not cleaned properly. One of the rooms we believe did not have clean sheets.

Great location to get to all the places we needed. Quite, quite, quite!! Had all the necessities we needed and then some. The spa was great and the pool was cold even in 100+ degree temps. When we contacted hosts with simple questions, answers were received within minutes.
