Stayed Mar 14, 2025The home was absolutely beautiful. Having 3.5 bathrooms was genius for this home. We utilized every inch of the home for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. There were more than enough towels of every size. Televisions in every room. We loved the Pac-Man and Gallica games; very nostalgic. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was close to the interstate. 15-20 minutes to the airport and downtown. Places for improvement: We were greeted with outdoor gnats (a million of them) - it's time for the yard to be treated for bugs. There was 1 trash bag in the trash can that 10 ppl, checking in on Friday and checking out on Monday were left to use.You should have at least 2 extra bags in the bottom of the trash can at all times. There was no sponge or towels left to be able to wash dishes. The towels in the house were not kitchen towels for washing dishes. And there were only 2 pods for using dishwasher. If we were able to run dishwasher upon checkout, they could've been cleaned by the time cleaners came. The iron should be replaced or cleaned. It had rust come out of it & ruin clothes. The rust would not come out of the clothes. (I have pictures & video). There was one sink in the master bath had an extremely slow drain. Time for Draino.Although we felt that we should not have had to go out and spend additional money on sponges and trash bags - this was a stay going on the favorites list! We also appreciated having the ironing board.

Stayed May 6, 2024We came down for my granddaughters finish up at Georgia Southern school of nursing. A graduation and pinning. It was a great stay. We really enjoyed the home and it provided enough space for everyone. Enough sleeping rooms and bath rooms to allow comfortable sleeping and no rushed bathroom times. Easy access to highways and school.

Stayed Apr 23, 2024Kitchen was sparsely equipped. Recommend put towel bars in bathrooms. Alexa in fridge spontaneously verbalized unprompted ads to sell something. My overall impression was good except for the above issues.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024We are 3 families who came together in Savannah to attend a family reunion at the Coastal Botanical Gardens. We had an enjoyable time staying at this property, the house was just perfect for the 9 of us who included a toddler and teenager-both needing space! The backyard and neighborhood was perfect for being outside and walking. The kitchen and great room were ideal for get togethers. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Easy access to I-95 and Abercorn st. All in all, a great rental!

Stayed Mar 31, 2024My husband, our family and I needed a place to stay while in the area for my mother's funeral. This place was perfect for us--nice and quiet, good location, plenty of room for us to spread out in the house and relax. We got off on the wrong foot with the host regarding the check-in procedure, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. We were arriving on Sunday afternoon, some of us driving, some flying. Since we were leaving home Saturday morning, I messaged her Friday evening and asked for check-in instructions so that I could review it on my computer rather than my phone. She replied that she wouldn't be home until late Saturday evening, but would send me the instructions then. When I got up Sunday morning and there was still nothing about how to get into the house, I called and left a voice mail, and sent another message through VRBO. She did reply quickly, but said she doesn't provide check-in codes until TEN MINUTES prior to your check-in time. Now, I assume they have had some bad experience with prior renters to feel they can't trust people to not show up and enter super early, so I'm not complaining about their policy, but it would have been helpful, and prevented a lot of stress for me, if they had just said that up front. We use VRBO rentals quite often and have never encountered such a policy. Our only other negatives were that there were no paper towels or napkins (but an empty paper towel holder), and the supply of plates is limited.

Stayed Feb 15, 2024The location was very nice. The home backs up to a wooded area. We even saw a couple of deer walking around. Very scenic. It was not a short 25 minute ride to River Street and all the Savannah fun locations. The home was very nice and roomy. The owner was very quick to address any questions. The only thing I would suggest is that they hire a new cleaning crew. We arrived and there were crumbs on the floor and etc. Other than that we had a great experience.

Stayed Oct 7, 2023We brought a four of our Girl Scouts to visit the founder of Girl Scouts, Juliette Gordon Low's birth home. We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location to get to downtown Savannah in 20 minutes. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was great to have group lunch and dinner. Our girls loved the game room. We would definitely stay here again.
