Located in Sunrise Park neighborhood, close to the main thoroughfare of Palm Springs Tahquitz Canyon Dr. It is a short Uber/Lift or cab to the famed historic downtown strip with its boutique shops, fine and casual dining and amenities.

This comfortable 3 BR + 2 BA home offers resort-style living in a private setting. Enter into a private gated courtyard...upon entering you will be greeted with a feeling of spaciousness contributing is a traditional mid-century modern designed sloped ceiling creating height and bringing in the natural light and an open airy feel. Entertain in the spacious and open living/dining area with the red hot kitchen it’s perfect for engaging with friends.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to be the background of all your vacation time meals with Red Cabinets, Fresh countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and refrigerator.

Patio doors offer direct access to the pool from the living room and the dining area. The dining area can accommodate 6-8 guests and the living room has plenty of seating for your entire group. Blur the line between indoor and outdoor living when opening the patio doors at the back of the house where a large cushioned living room lounge area offers more seating to enjoy.

The backyard also offers al fresco dining for 6-8, a gas barbecue, and a well appointed pool. The pool chaise lounge chairs are the perfect place to enjoy the sun or shade. There is plenty of space for your entire group to relax and enjoy the sun drenched days and beautiful evenings under the stars.

All bedrooms are designed to provide a boutique hotel feel with quality mattresses and linens and flat screen TV with Roku in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, en suite bath with shower, walk-in closet.

There a 2 guest rooms offers queen sized beds, and shared bathroom in the adjoining hallway.

-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights in May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.

- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.

    Well appointed home (even took pictures for my renovations for my home). The pool is lovely with all kinds of accessories (lounger, floats, etc.). Great location as the stores and Starbucks are within walking distance and downtown is a few miles away.

    This was a very fine rental property and we enjoyed our time there. A couple of suggestions: 1.) the pots in the kitchen did not have covers. This makes cooking difficult. 2.) a non-stick frying pan in the kitchen would be a very easy and improved addition to the kitchen for almost any type of meal. 3.) the mattress in the master bedroom is uncomfortable. An upgrade to a tempor-pedic mattress, similar to the other bedrooms, would be welcome.
