Stayed Oct 3, 2025Very convenient with only a short walk to main street, kiosk, shops, pub, beach and Foreshore caravan park where friends were staying. Clean and comfortable with good amenities. Beds were particularly comfortable. Dining space was small to share with 3 x adult kids; we made it work for a short getaway. Recommended as a great base to explore YP.

Perfect location in the town, walking distance to beach, shops, cafe and pub for dinner. Accomodation was clean and well equipped and quiet. Will stay again when visiting our friends. Reviewer Comments: Centrally located to the Main Street and both front and back beach, The Porthole is a cosy and convenient stay. Featuring 1x queen bed, 1x double bed and 2x sets of bunks, we comfortably managed to sleep 4x adults and 2x kids. The Porthole was clean and tidy and we’d definitely stay again. Great communication from the host too. Thank you!

Stayed Apr 22, 2022Great little house tucked away on seconds from the beach. Close to all shops and both beach's great for small family. Really enjoyed Port Vincent. Only down side no pets. Wish we could have had our little labradoodle along for the trip. I give it ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
