The Palm Aire Estate is a fully remodeled home in one of Sarasota's most coveted golf communities, with a heated pool that looks out over the course and two king bedrooms that open directly to the water. Wake up, slide open the door, and you'realready there.



The living room and family room give you two spaces to spread out — both with large TVs. The fully stocked kitchen is ready from day one. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart are waiting for when you decide to make the drive to the coast. (You'll probably come back to the pool.)

• No early check-in or late checkout during peak season (January – April)

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

• Only registered guests permitted on the property

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• No parties or events

• No smoking, vaping, or tobacco products anywhere on the property

• One dog under 50 lbs welcome — please declare at booking. No other animals permitted.

• All linens and towels are provided by our professional linen service — please do not wash them
