Reviewer Comments: We had a great winter weekend getaway with 2 other families.Although the weather wasn’t great, it didn’t matter cos we got to hang out in the spa all weekend, which is undercover and big enough for everyone (just needed to be a few degrees warmer). Location was good being walk distance to restaurants at Bannisters.House has almost everything you need except there were a few things we thought could have been better for the price you pay and the “luxury” status of the house. But overall things were good!

Everything was tidy and well-maintained. We didn't want to leave the house. In particular, the pictures of the spa didn't do it justice and we were very happily surprised.I'd seen some reviews mentioning issues with the neighbours, however that was not our experience at all. They were very friendly and happy to recommend local restaurants & attractions.The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was always clear and they were responsive to feedback about some very minor points.All in all, it was a great experience and we’d happily return again or recommend it to friends and family!

Very modern property. The jacuzzi on the verandah was just perfect! Even though the weather wasn't great all days we were there, we really enjoyed the luxurious facilities and spacious property. Despite a minor issue with the cleaning, the hosts were very responsive and addressed it asap. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. However, had a lot of concerns with the cleanliness of the property which took away from the experience. Did not feel like we got what we paid for considering the couch was extremely dirty and had a smell. The property managers were helpful and communicated well with us regarding our concerns. We did experience a storm and power outage so that affected our holiday as well.

You can’t manually adjust it and I was told that the heat pump runs from 7am to 9pm and this can’t be changed due to council regulations. However, we could hardly hear it so I doubt it would be an issue to have it on. Effectively we couldn’t use the spa most of the times as it was simply not warm enough. Incredibly disappointing since the main reason we booked the house was for the spa and view.

Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was great - the property was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and the view was amazing and very spacious for 11 of us. We had a few issues - 1. Unprofessional staff: Some of towel was located on the bed while some of them were hidden underneath bed sheets and we had 1 towel missing that I rang the office next day and Sam (if I recalled right) asked me to count the towel and when I called him 2nd time, he said we have the right number of towel because I updated guest agreement for the number of 10. I found it was not professional and definitely not the best customer experience. I should not and also do not want to count the towel when I'm on holiday and paid a fair amount of money for the accommodation, not to mention this property has 3 levels. This was quite disappointing as I found all of staffs were quite friendly and professional. The second issue was the air conditioner/heater was not working in the 2nd bedroom on the middle floor but we managed to sleep.
