Maximum of 6 guests allowed on the property at any time
Only registered guests are permitted—no unapproved visitors or events

Quiet Hours
This home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially when using the backyard

Parties & Events
Strictly no parties or events
Any excessive noise, disturbances, or complaints may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund

Backyard & Outdoor Use
Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard amenities (hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, hammock)
Please be respectful of neighbours at all times
Do not leave fire unattended and ensure it is fully extinguished after use
