The main house features a large open plan kitchen, great room and dining with porcelain tile floors throughout. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, indoor laundry room, plus office niche for remote work, there is ample room for the whole family to gather together or have some quiet time.  The kids room offers 2 twin bunks with games, books and sitting bench and desk to create their favorite vacation art.

The private guest casita is the perfect space for a quiet dinner for two or glass of wine while watching a show on the 40” TV. The casita features it’s own living room with cozy sofa, stocked kitchen area cooking & dining, and bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom.  Access to the outdoors and some golf putting is right through the sliding door.

The southern exposure backyard is where you will want to be!  With incredible mountain views, private pool and spa in an oasis setting.  Lounge in one of the chaise loungers with a cool drink or enjoy a soak in the hot tub under the stars with your favorite cocktail.

Additional Terms: Registered guest must be 25 or older per city law, no smoking indoors, no parties allowed, outdoor music is not permitted in Palm Springs 24/7. Holiday and special event rates may be higher. Higher minimum nightly stay of 4-5 nights may apply during holidays and prime season months (February - April).
- Rental contract required, all guests must sign Rules & Regulations form. Copy of Government ID Required (City Law)
- Email address required for rental paperwork.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay. We do not provide owner bills. You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises.

Security devices - Exterior of property, overlooking garage/driveway area, side of property exterior, not in private spaces.

- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.

    The host rep. Joe was great! Easy to work with and very helpful. The home was well-appointed for adults and children alike. The new pool was the main focal point of fun for the adults and children alike. The Baja shelf kept us cool in just enough water but allowed for sunning and relaxing. The attached Casita was popular with the newly engaged couple at our party. Would be happy to stay there again. Very convenient to everything.
