The perfect stay- 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath with a HOT TUB

Perfect place to stay with family and friends. 3rd time staying and always something positive to say.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are a few things to consider. First the “6 acres” is really only about 1 acre and the rest is a very large/steep hill that is not safe for small children. There are no air vents upstairs at all. We went in March so it wasn’t too terribly hot but it definitely gets much warmer up there. The neighborhood is quaint, neighbors are very nice and friendly, the amenities were fun and entertaining. Might consider that there is only 1 fridge for a very large house so not super easy to fit a weeks worth of groceries for 10 people. The host was incredibly easy to work with and responded promptly.

beautiful place. perfect for 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids) to spend time together but not feel like we were on top of each other. movie room and pool table a great addition, and everyone loved the hot tub! Being right next to Lincoln National Forest gave us all room to roam. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and large with plenty of space for everything we needed, we loved the game room and the hot tub. The only downside i would say which is minor is that it could have been better stocked with towels. We really liked it and would book there again.

The cabin is beautiful, host very responsive to any questions, my rating is based on the amenities, needs improvement from beds to kitchen utensils.

House was great for our large group. There was a few things that could be a bit cleaner, did not use the master bath tub due to it being dirty, floors left our socks and feet dirty. Kids loved all the games and room outside to play. Master bed was soft for our liking and had flat pillows.

Everything was good except some of the dishes were kind of dirty but we have so much fun there.

The stay was very cozy and the game room was awesome and entertaining the hot tube was amazing and the themes and decorations were really cool super clean rooms and comfortable beds 10/10 recommend , would stay here again and the host was also very nice :)

It is our second time staying at this cabin and we absolutely love it! It’s the perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends and family.

We had a fantastic Labor Day weekend with the family! It was so much fun spotting squirrels and deer in our front yard. The location couldn't have been better for making lasting memories together! Right in the front yard. The location couldn't have been better for making lasting memories together!

This property is perfect for a family getaway. The street was super quiet and lovely. The home is spacious and just the right amount of beautiful and comfortable. With lots of family friendly activities available!

Excellent home! Loved our stay. All the amenities you could ask for! Booked for an annual guys trip and had a blast!!

The house was amazing - all the bedrooms & space needed for a group of 5 adults & 6 children.We enjoyed the close proximity to shopping in Ruidoso.We all enjoyed the hot tub, pool table & various games.The outdoor deck needs to be replaced- cracked railings & boards were a hazard for the younger children.

There were 11 in our party, 3 families with kids ranging in age from 7 to 13. The game and theater room were just what they needed to keep them well occupied, while allowing the adults room to spread out over the multiple rooms in the house. All bedrooms were very nicely appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve several large meals during our stay. The AC worked well and kept us nice and cool the entire day and night. Hot tub was great and provided much needed therapy after several mountain hikes over 7 miles each. The host was very responsive to all messaging before and during our stay. We had a couple very minor suggestions which we communicated to the host upon our departure which I am confident will be addressed based upon her response. We will book this property again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The home is well stocked for everything you need for cooking. All the rooms were decorated in cute themes that everyone enjoyed. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit on the balcony. We watched deer, elk and various birds in the gorgeous view. I would stay here again. The host has excellent communication if you have questions.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Bedrooms are a little small, but there are six of them. Kitchen is well stocked and roomy. There were plenty of things to entertain the kids and we all enjoyed the theater room. A few small minuses ---upstairs a/c seem to struggle to keep it cool and the gas grille needs to be replaced. It was dirty and does not ignite on its own. We got it cleaned and lit manually, but it's seen its better days. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely stay here again.

We were so excited to find a cabin comparable to the one our family owned and loved for many years. We wanted to continue the tradition of spending Easter in the quaint town of Ruidoso. The oldest in our group is now in college, but we weren’t ready to let go of the tradition just yet after our cabin burned down. The rooms, location, and wonderful communication with the property manager made this day perfect in every way! We had fun enjoying the thematic rooms, hot-tubbing during the snowfall, and playing pool, basketball, and foosball. Overall, this is a very wonderful place!

The property was amazing we couldn’t stop but appreciate the details from the chandeliers to the light fixtures to the bedding and decor everything was beautiful and we can’t wait to go back may I add the host awnsered all questions and was great with communication whole experience was 10/10

The home theater is great and a fun place to relax an watch movies at night. The only miner draw back is it is a bit of a drive to a trash can to dispose of your trash.

Stayed here for my 24th birthday and it was so lovely! The place was clean, spacious and Jessica responded quickly to any questions I had.

This home makes your stay in Ruidoso outstanding. The property is beautifully tucked away but you are still only 15 minutes from Walmart. The rooms are perfect for adults and kids! The communication with the management company/owner was wonderful. They were very communicative and responsive. We will definitely be back!

We loved this home! There is so much to do there for all ages that we never left. Our children were asking if we could stay here again and we definitely will if we plan another family trip to Ruidoso.

What a great weekend at a home away from home! Location is great not far from town, house is amazing would recommend anyone to stay here!
