The holiday house El Mirador de Castilnovo with room for 8 people is quietly and idyllically situated on the outskirts of Palmar. Extending over 2 floors, the ground floor of the home consists of 3bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, whose fireplace, characteristic ceiling beams, and stone walls provide for a cozy atmosphere. On the 2nd floor there is another bedroom with TV and a bathroom ensuite as well as a furnished balcony. The child-friendly accommodation is also equipped with Wi-Fi, fans, a second television in the living room, a cot and a highchair. Outside you will find a lovingly-planted garden with a pool (available from the 1st of June to the 15th of October) and a large, illuminated and furnished terrace with barbecue. From here you can enjoy an unrestricted view of the surrounding vegetation and the sea in the distance. Both the nearest supermarket in the city centre and the sandy beach of El Palmar are 1 km away or 9 minutes by car. Restaurants, bars and cafes are only 1.5 km or 3 minutes away by car, and a wider choice of restaurants and shops can be reached by visiting the town of Conil de la Frontera, which is 5 km from the property.



Parking is available on the property and on the road. There is also a parking spot at the beach (guests will receive a permit). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. All rooms of the accommodation are equipped with standing fans and the house is generally well-insulated so that it is pleasantly cool even on hot days.



Due to the new local regulations it is forbidden to disturb the rest of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noises are not allowed during the night, from 11 pm to 7 am. The HO lives very close to the property, and he will be happy to help the guests anytime.

Bicycles are available for 2 adults and 2 children from 10 to 14 years of age.
