Good stay

The house had everything we needed for a 4 day trip to the area for a baseball tournament. Kitchen has all the things we need to make a few breakfasts and dinners. It is very quiet and in a secluded area. The screened in patio was a nice place to drink our morning coffee. Our only complaint was we found the King bed in the master to be rather uncomfortable and may need replacing. We would probably stay again if we were in the area in the future.

The house and grounds were all what we were looking for, secluded so we did not have to worry about traffic, shady, had all the comforts of home. The host also was quick to respond with any questions we had. Our only problem was with living room sofa and chair that had too wide a seat for us older people to get comfortable on.

Absolutely perfect!!! Beautiful property, immaculately clean, very enjoyable stay! Exceeds expectations!! Will definitely stay there again!!

The back patio was perfect and quiet

Every single aspect was amazing! House was impeccably clean, super comfortable beds with lovely linens, pillows and towels. A lot of little extras and thoughtful touches! Host is super helpful and super fast to respond. We will stay here everytime for our Fairhope Trips!!

Awesome property to relax in. Not far from convenient shopping, i.e. Wal-Mart. No noisy neighbors, unless you count the rooster who showed up the day we left, he is not afraid of people that's for sure! But he was fun to watch. As far as VRBOs go this was top notch!

Accomodating to all your needs.Easy check in , check out. Comfortable mattresses and bedding. A great screened in prch off the back too unwind. So peaceful and private. The property was lovely this time of year. Beautiful azaleas around the house. The interior was clean and well-organized. There were plenty of plates, bowels and utensils for us to use. The cold water and ice from the fridge was great. The electronics worked properly as did the wifi. The neighborhood was quiet the weekend we were there. There was construction going on across the road but that did not intrude on our long weekend stay.It was a short but very direct drive into downtown Fairhope, so I would consider this a definite bonus, without all the traffic and noise of staying closer to the town center. I would stay here again.

Everything about this stay was either as expected or above. The home was clean and welcoming and the location was perfect. Truly a “perfect retreat” - quiet and yet easy to get to our weekend of wedding events downtown! Charles kept the lines of communication open - responding to every question in such a timely way. The beds were so comfortable and the porch in the back overlooking the beautiful azaleas was the perfect down time spot. We would definitely book another stay if we are in the area again!

Our stay was spectacular. This was our first time renting a place on VRBO, and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience.The host really set up a nice space. The house is on a beautiful property and everything was thoughtfully planned down to the smallest detail. We had everything we needed and found the house very comfortable and a great home base for our vacation. We'll definitely come back to stay next time we're in the area.

What a great little place off the beaten path! A cute house for a family retreat. Easy access to Fairhope, Daphne, and Malbis. Our host, Charles, was a great communicator including little details like a personalized welcome sign and labels on all the wall switches. We will be back.

Perfect place for relaxation and family time. Only suggestion, would be better instructions on using the TV’s. As senior citizens, we are a bit technologically challenged. Would definitely book again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had such a great stay here! The property is tucked away, so it’s quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the beds were really comfortable—we all slept so well.It worked out great for all ages, even with small children, and gave us room to spread out without ever feeling crowded. We were in town for a wedding, and it was just what we needed—a calm, comfortable home base during a busy weekend.We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly spot that feels private and relaxing.

Beautiful home on a quiet dead end road! House easily accomidated all of us! Close to the beaches and not far from stores for your essential needs for the house! Will recommend and book again when we come down!

We were in town to visit family and this home was very convenient with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and kids loved the bunk beds

We very much enjoyed this property and would stay here again. The house was exceptionally clean and stocked with all the things we needed. I cannot think of anything that would have made our stay any better. We loved it!

House was very clean. Secluded but still only 10-15 minutes from downtown. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to prepare meals.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the seclusion. The minor thing was we didn’t have the passcode to get in. I called the owner and gave to me. He started that the code should have emailed to me the day before.

The house was just what we needed for the weekend for our son's wedding. Gave us a space to visit with out of town family, and convenient to everything!

The location is excellent for us... we have a 13-year-old Border Collie rescue and he really enjoys walking in the area.... quiet for him and few less distractions.. The VRBO is truly home away from home for us

Our youngest son got married on November 30th. This was perfect location to get to venues and gather any last minute items. The home was beautiful! The host were wonderful! We enjoyed staying here!!

The John Deere house was absolutely perfect and well-equipped with everything needed to feel like home for a two week stay. Comfy bed, lots of space, and spotlessly clean. And the location is amazing! Completely private and secluded on a large, beautiful lot but only a short drive to downtown Fairhope and all it has to offer. The owner is very kind and gracious and we look forward to staying again next trip to the area. Thank you for hosting us in your home!

The house is in a beautiful country setting, but not too far from shopping/restaurants/etc.. It was very clean and well appointed. We were able to cook a meal easily, and we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was just the right kind of place that my sister and I needed to be in the area to visit my mother.

Beautiful, peaceful property. Eveything we needed with lots of space. Home was very clean and exactly as described in listing. Owner was responsive and check in/out instructions were quick and easy. I would recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

We rented this vacation home to be near my niece's wedding venue. The house was spotless. The appliances looked new. The house was described perfectly on VRBO. The only amenity I would add is to put small soaps in the bathrooms. My family had a wonderful stay here! Thank you for being such a good host.
