The Perfect Location for Summer Fun on Pelican Lake in Breezy Point!

We had 14women here & it was nice that we could all be together to laugh, eat & Drink. The beds were comfy & we love having all the rooms selection for everyone that came. We will want to come back.

Perfect location! Plenty of room, for our group of 12,, House was spacious, clean and well appointed in all aspects! We had friends staying at BP resort, and we easily met up with them. We will stay again!Thank you !

The host was GREAT to work with and was very accommodating! The bedrooms were great size and lots of beds and different options for sleeping arrangements. Also had really good spaces to hang out! We visited in the winter so going outside wasn’t much of an option so having the entertainment in the garage was huge!!

It was nice and easy getting into house and relaxing after getting things put away & cleaning some things up - there was snow in driveway - carried snow in with our things - and noticed the table & chairs, toaster, coffee maker, & air fryer were not washed down - light globes dirty - air vent in basement (by stairs coming down) had lots of dust bunnies/hair on it - wrappers/Kleenexes under some beds, & after taking 1st full bag of garbage & recycling out of baskets in kitchen lots of crumbs/wrappers & old stuck on food & drinks in baskets (just stating this, so you can let the cleaning service know everything is not getting cleaned up too good) - SORRYBut we really loved our time away as a family to start off the new year, the garage area/game room was a big hit, we all enjoyed that room. Fishing & ice skating on the lake was great alsoThank You for sharing your house, would love to come back to your house again

Large home lots of room and plenty of comfy beds to sleep. Home is very well kept and clean. Would stay again.

The house and location of the place were excellent! Josh was a great host! Luckily he wasnt needed as everything went smoothly with the process and the place. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for large groups. That Garage as well!!

Everything as advertised - a great large group rental in a great location with spacious living areas, kitchen, screened in porch. Beds and couches were very comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved the backyard with deck with fire pit and dock for lake access. House was modern and very clean. A great option for a large group gathering. Josh was accommodating and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice. We had a really great time. We used all the yard games and the kayaks. Was perfect for the families that we had!

We just completed an extended weekend on Pelican Lake. The house is absolutely amazing. So many fine details that we noticed as guests. Funny how something as simple as having laundry baskets in each bedroom can make your stay more organized and relaxing. The house is absolutely breathtaking. It has a modern up north feel to it. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would to make your stay complete. The boys really enjoyed the garage turned game room. I can not think of one single thing that we would recommend to make our stay more complete. We are already talking about how we need to book this house on a yearly basis. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and we would love to come back.

We very much enjoyed the stay. Fishing was phenomenal and we had a blast. The house is amazing and accomodated the whole family. We would definitely go back but for a longer stay than a weekend.

Brought 5 buddies up for fishing and relaxation and they had nothing but rave reviews. Josh was great to work with and very attentive when we had questions. Careful if renting a boat...The channel is narrow and we ended up buying a new prop on our rental boat... Great stay overall!

Very clean and well kept. Plenty to do with a nice sized backyard. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away and enjoy a nice quiet neighborhood.

We all had a wonderful stay, only problem is that it is never long enough. We all slept well with comfortable beds. Our host responded to our questions in a very timely manner, and even suggested some great beaches that our grand kids enjoyed.
